I had a great first experience at this Elements location! I've been to other massage studios in the past, and since this location is so close to my home, I wanted to check it out during a weekend of self-care. I booked a 90 minute hot stone massage for a Friday evening ... only a couple of days in advance. It was super easy to schedule this through their website - and they even listed short bios about all of the massage therapists, and their styles. I arrived and checked in easily ... if it's your first time visiting, you do need to arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. My massage therapist, Alexis was so sweet and knowledgeable. She asked a few targeted questions to determine what areas would be best to focus on during the massage, and then explained to me the differences between Himalayan salt stones and regular hot stones. Unfortunately, those stones would turn into a bit of an issue ... Alexis said she'd grabbed a warmer that wasn't typically used, and as a result, it wasn't keeping the stones very hot. Even though this was a stressful situation, and definitely not want you want to have happen during something that's supposed to be relaxing, Alexis handled this brilliantly. Since it was a 90 minute massage, she was able to swap the warmer out for a better one halfway through, and ended up taking the hot stones off my bill altogether for the hassle. Her customer service is some of the best I've experienced, and she did all of this calmly and quickly, without even making it into a big deal, AND while still giving me a fantastic full body massage. Although this wasn't exactly the relaxing evening I'd thought it would be, I still left feeling great, and I would definitely return for another massage with Alexis. It sounds like their membership is worth it as well ... especially since unused credits rollover month to month! read more

I started going here after my husband gave me a gift certificate. I was hesitant at first because I have been to many places over the years. The lobby was very welcoming and clean. I was promptly greeted by the friendly receptionist. I saw Mathew who listened and asked questions to ensure he know my needs. The massage included stretching and was the best ever. The lobby was clean and bright. The girl that was working at the reception desk way very nice and helpful. I was taken back for my appointment right on time. The room was the perfect temperature and the music was also the perfect volume. Some times the music is so annoying. But this was perfect. My therapist was Krissy she was the best massage therapist I have ever had. She also didn't turn on the heating blanket until she knew that is what I wanted. She wasn't to chatty but made sure the pressure was just right. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

Elements offers a great new member promo and I took advantage of it to relax and restore from the day to day work grind. Elements is very clean, quiet, and relaxing. Adding on the hot stones was so worth it. I highly recommend it if you're thinking about it. Elements in Florence, KY has been my go to place for massage for the last couple of years now. I really like Pasley, TJ, and Jennifer. They do a great job. I really don't like to talk during my massage, as this is the one time in my life I do get silence and relaxation, and they really respect that which I appreciate. They listen to my needs and follow through with it during my massage. Overall I would definitely recommend Elements Massage and definitely over the other wellness program places I have tried! read more

This is a great spot to get a massage! Whether it's one time of you join their membership, it's a relaxing experience! I was a monthly membership for a while, and I was able to get an hour long massage for $69 + tip. All the massage therapists are great! Excellent massage. Friendly staff but they mishandled my payment set-up, setting it up on the wrong day. If you sign up for the wellness program (DON'T!), you can't cancel over the phone and, even if you have unusual circumstances that are going to prevent you from being able to make a payment, you can't cancel within the first 30 days. Also, the decor is decidedly male-oriented, and the back hallway is so dark you need a flashlight to see. The walls are brown and there are no pictures on the walls, just a hallway lined with closed doors. I would not recommend for anyone experiencing PTSD. Took me days to recover. read more

I only see one therapist there, Paisley, and she does a very good job of helping me with my issues. She is very professional and works hard to help me feel better.
