When I stopped by to book a massage for my friend and me, the door was locked at 5:30pm even though the sign said they were open til 9pm. The person at the desk was kind enough to open and set up an appointment for us in the same room with 2 women therapists for August 7 at 10:45am. Today I received a phone call saying that one of the therapists is going on vacation and we not only can't have the same room, we cannot even be in separate rooms at the the same time. I found this to be very dissappointing as it seems that it is too late to book somewhere else. I have never been to Elements but it is right down the street where I live so I was excited to have an appointment there with my friend who is visiting me only on that day. Just would like to start out by saying THANK YOU to the Canton location for making my mothers day morning as crappy as the weather was. On 4/26 or 4/27 I was in contact with someone from this location and I booked an appointment for my mom, daughter and myself for Mother's Day at 11:30 am. I enjoyed my massage with Jill. She used a good amount of pressure and applied even more pressure when I asked her to. Usually the sign of a good massage is after the fact when you're walking to your car. I didn't necessarily feel light as a feather like I should have. I still felt a bit tense in my hands afterwards and I think she glazed over certain parts of my body. I think for $119 massage ($79 after a $30 discount for first timers), I expected a bit more, but it was overall good. Located in the Village Shoppes in Canton. It was easy to find as I'm new to the area and there is plenty of parking. The staff is very friendly and informative. The place is very chic and modern and most important inviting. I was given and gift certificate for a massage. I filled out the necessary paperwork in a very relaxing atmosphere. They offer a Wellness Program if you love getting regular massages at lower rates. The massage room's temperature, lighting and music were perfect. The therapist spent some time talking about my problem areas and pressure level. She was very professional. I felt very comfortable during my massage. I got a gift certificate here for Christmas. The location has plenty of parking as it's located in a mall. The individual rooms seamed clean and had a nice smell to them. They offer several times of massages including aromatherapy and reflexology. The staff was friendly and punctual. I was seen right on time. This was the first time I had gotten a male masseuse. He did a decent job, but I really wished he had focused on my problem area a little more. I had also expected a bit stronger hands, but it was pretty similar to what I was used to from women. They really treat you like a queen, from meeting with you to make sure they understand your needs all the way to explaining everything they do to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next day. Jenn was my therapist and she was terrific, I was very happy with my massage. Went in for a 55 min massage early Dec. new place, nice decor, easy parking in Cobbs Corner. For a new business that just opened in a new location wanting to attract new customers I was a little disappointed, I filled out the questionnaire in the very dark waiting room. No problem I get it, you want to create a relaxing atmosphere but when you hand someone a clipboard to fill out then send them into the dark, it's annoying. Show me to a small well light desk area for 5 minutes or get those lights that attach to the clip board. Anyway despite being asked to arrive 10-15 min early which I did, the massage therapist took me 5 min late...by the time I changed, even though I did it at the speed of light, it didn't mean she came back that quick and now it's even later, the massage was very nice and relaxing, then, it ended....5 min early :( Now, nobody wants to say, 'hey get back in here and rub me more', so I changed and thanked her. Going back to the receptionist desk to pay I noticed a suggested tip guide right there in front of my face, which was outrageously high and not to mention tacky. We all know a tip reflects our appreciation the of the efforts put into the services rendered, so I don't want to end my relaxing 40-ish min massage feeling guilty if I don't oblige to the guide, so I stood my ground and tipped what I thought to be appropriate. Anyway, the receptionist was nice, we spoke briefly of a savings package on my way in which I though she would mention on my way out since I did show interest but she got busy. I have been going to the Canton Elements for over 3 years,and they are the best. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the facility is clean and modern. I have advanced spinal arthritis so, for me, massage is more than just a way to relax. While there are many talented massage therapists at Elements, I highly recommend Ruben. I have had massages from therapists at other facilities over the years, but they do not compare to Ruben's level of expertise. He tailors the massage to meet my specific needs, and implements massage techniques that will benefit me. I thank the staff at Elements for treating me as an individual. read more

I had an appointment in April which went really well, the therapist was great, she really helped me and I was scheduled to go back in May or June. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I wasn't able to make my appointment and was charged $15.00 for a late cancel, which I understand, I made an appointment and couldn't keep it. My frustration is that I made another appointment in October for November 8th. I am now 8 months pregnant and really needed a prenatal massage. I moved my calendar around because prenatal therapists are apparently scarce at this location. My appointment was made for 5:30PM. I received a voicemail from Karen at 4:26PM that day stating the therapist was in a car accident and to call back and reschedule. I told her I was unable to do any other day that week and then I asked her if anyone else was available who could see me this week, if not I can try and make it for the following week. Karen said someone else was available and to go ahead and come in at 5:30. As I pulled into the parking lot at 5:20, Karen called me back and said that the therapist was leaving because she heard back from her doctor and needed to leave and that there was nothing they could do. At this point I am irate. 1. Karen lied to me by telling me another therapist was available and 2. You've cancelled on me TWICE. I asked Karen if she could refund me the $15.00 they charged me in May for me cancelling last minute and that I was never going back to this location. She agreed that the credit card they had on file would be refunded and I have yet to hear back from them and I am still waiting for my refund. Beware of this location and of Karen!! read more

The massage studio is clean, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. They even leave a York Peppermint Patty on the massage table, a very nice touch. DO NOT recommend going to this Elements Massage. I have had two massages at the Canton location and the only reason I went here is because I was given a gift certificate (otherwise I would go to Massage Envy if you're going to use a chain, much nicer). The first massage was a couple years ago and the masseuse fell asleep a couple times! I should have just left in the middle and thought about it many times. After the horrible experience I reached out to Management a few times with NO response. I just recently went back thinking things would possibly be different with management and staff but I was wrong. The young lady at the front desk is SO RUDE!!! I had a couple interactions with her and she is not friendly and has an awful attitude. And the massage was awful. I am shocked that there are any decent review about this location. Two awful experiences. Save you're money and go somewhere else. read more
