Ok ok ok....BEST MASSAGE EVER! I was in desperate need of some decompressing mommy time and a massage was calling my name. After scouring places online, I came across Elements...and boy am I glad I did! I called in and made an appointment for a 90 min massage ($105 on Groupon!). When I made the appointment, I told the receptionist that I was wanting a firm pressure massage. When I arrived the next day, I filled out some paperwork and was escorted to my massage room. Peaceful music and a lively aroma filled the air. Iraco came in and introduced himself and we spoke on the areas I needed the most attention on. Within five minutes of him starting, I knew this was already the best massage I was going to get. When the 90 minutes was over, I was in pure bliss. I told him that I have been to many high and spas and this was by far the best massage that I have ever received. I have been a client of Elements Massage in Boca Raton for many years and have generally had a positive relationship with the business. Unfortunately, my recent experience with billing has been very frustrating. In April 2026, I purchased a promotion for two massages for $138, which I used on May 22 and June 15. I later discovered three separate $79 charges, totaling $237, on my credit card. When I questioned the charges, I was told I had been enrolled in a membership for one massage per month at $79. I did not knowingly authorize this membership and requested a copy of the agreement or documentation showing my authorization. To date, I have not received it. I am also concerned that I was charged $79 for the months in which I used the two massages covered by my $138 promotional purchase. As of today, I still have not received a refund or the funds back on my credit card. Why has this not been resolved? We are members here as we were in our former state. It's challenging to get appointments but we try to be flexible. I called 3 times to make and confirm separate appointments for myself and my husband this week. Just walked in and there was no appointment in the system for me but one for my husband. All I got was "oh so sorry, who made your appointment ?" Like I wrote that down every time I called to confirm? Zero offer to book another time, zero effort to accommodate me in any way. I had a terrible experience with Elements. The first time, they booked me for a lymphatic massage with a male without asking if I had a preference. I declined services because I didn't feel comfortable with a man, so they rebooked me for 5 days later with a woman. When I show up to my appointment, the therapist tells me that she has no training on lymphatic massage and proceeds to give me a regular relaxation massage. She was very nice but it was not what I asked for at all. I didn't pay for the service (I did tip, of course) and was told they'd reach back out to me to rebook. They never did. read more

Per other reviews, yes, the front desk staff is rude and seems stressed out, not the zen feeling you're expecting when booking a massage. On the flip side, what keeps me going to that location are some amazing therapists. I've met Ahmad who did miracles for deep knots causing excruciating pains in my hip and knee. Make no mistake, this was not a "pamper yourself" kind of massage, rather hard work and I was sore for a few days after, but that's what I needed and I've been pain-free since seeing him three weeks ago. Other male therapists also do great work with deep tissue massages but Ahmad has been the best so far! I've once had a massage from a female therapist. He asked how hard I wanted the massage. I responded with medium. Not hard. Not light. Medium. He responds that he doesn't do light touches. And says maybe he isn't right for me. Conveniently located in the Polo Club Shoppes, Elements is a full service massage provider with a host of therapists that offer many kinds of popular massage treatments. Whether you like deep tissue, Swedish, hot stones or what have you, you sure to find the right massage here. I spontaneously picked up a Groupon the other day and was delighted to be able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Parking is pretty easy to find in the massive Publix parking lot and there are lots of restaurants and shops in the shopping center if you want to kill some time before or after you get your treatment. The facility itself is immaculate and the therapy rooms are squeaky clean and comfortable. My massage therapist was Kelli who was outstanding. The 90 minute massage was very relaxing. She also gave me some great tips on how to maintain problematic areas without needing a full massage all the time. This was very helpful. Overall, I have to give Elements 5 stars. When you factor in the Groupon value, it's easily a 5++. If I was a billionaire I'd definitely have Kelli on my staff was a full time massage therapist and life advisor! She's that good! read more

Can you give negative stars? So sad because the massage by Josh was great but the front desk was absolute garbage. Elements sent me a birthday promo last month, so I walked in to schedule my appointment last week and when I called today to confirm, they told me I had no appointment because I didn't give a cc number. I told them the girl didn't ask for one. Got in for a massage, so tried to let go of that incompetency and it was great, felt super relaxed and then... more nonsense. They insisted I purchase their birthday promo through this special app. I went though the entire process of setting up a profile with my email and phone number on this app that I don't want and of course the "confirmation email" they sent never arrives. I was there 45 minutes after my massage and still nothing. So now they are charging my card another $108 because the product from the company THEY insisted on using for their promo doesn't work and of course, there's no customer service on the weekends. When I told them I had done everything I could do and SHOWED THEM THE 108 charge that says ELEMENTS- MYHOWND, I was told I didn't provide the code. Talk about GASLIGHTING. I didn't provide it because the broken-down app they insist on using won't send me the email. Of course they already knew this but I repeated it again and said they needed to follow up with the app people bc I paid, like I showed her and I was told by Ally, the manager, that it wasn't their problem and that I needed to take it up with the app to get my money back. So they got paid TWICE and I have to deal with the app they insisted on me using to get my $108 back. Josh was great but I'm sure you can find a masseuse who works at a place that doesn't screw up your appointments, insists you download special apps for their promos and then when you set up an entire profile for it as required and use it to pay and it doesn't work, charges you a second time and forces you to chase down your own money from the app that they insisted you had to use. This is the second year we made plans to go for my mothers birthday and they messed up the appointments both years. We thought we would give them another chance this year and go back. Never again. This year when we called to confirm our appointments we were told one of our appointments was on a waitlist and we would never of known if we had not called them. When we asked for the manager to call us about it she then said in addition to that one was with a male when we specifically asked for all females. My therapist, Suzanne was a very sweet woman... but I'm really not sure how she got past the interview stage of the hiring process with the massage I was given. This is in no way meant to come off as a mean review, but there is some serious need for further training if this location plans to keep her there. To begin, she entered without knocking, which I read was an issue for another client. She spent a LOT of time constantly adjusting the sheets and actually poked me mostly rather than a massage motion. Both of my triceps never got touched during the arm portion and every time she would try to stretch my neck, she would stretch in very dangerous directions. Then there was the oil she would pour wayyyy more than necessary, so much so that even after 2 wet towels of trying to remove it, I'm still sliding everywhere. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews, but I'm so thankful I didn't buy the 90 minutes... this was worst massage I've ever had unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning. read more

I booked last minute and got a 7:30 pm Saturday appointment for a deep tissue massage. It was my first time here and of course had no expectations. The front desk staff was super friendly and did not give me a hard sales pitch even when I asked about the business. The masseuse came out and introduced herself as Patricia. I was shown to a room to undress after she asked me about any particular body areas she wanted me to address We discussed the tension and stress in my back and neck. She then left me to relax upon a freshly made heated massage table. Patricia focused most of the hour session on my back, neck, hips and shoulders in a very effective deep tissue massage to release all the tension. if I could've given this, zero stars, I would've. I had the worst massage experience there in January 2024. The guy who gave me my massage. Had a poor attitude and not very good massage skills. He applied too much pressure even when I told him it was too much. At one point he put one hand and what felt like the full weight of his body on the small of my back well, he tried to get out of my shoulder with his other hand. It hurt, I told him that I then had a pain in the lower right part of my back that wasn't there before, he took offense and berated me. he tried to convince me that I was making it up or lying, but that it wasn't him that caused the pain. It was him. Then, and instead of placing the warm wet cloth against my back, he dropped it on me. That was unpleasant at best. He became so irritated at me that I could feel it through the still too hard pressure he applied. He threatened to stop the massage and I said fine. I was ready to get up and leave when he changed his mind. I steered the conversation to food and seem to relax a bit after that. He was also very sloppy with his draping, and at one point touched me where he should not have. Hoping that was an accident! When I went to check out, he made sure he was standing out there, so I felt very uncomfortable and not safe to complain. I did call back six times to complain, and to get my money back. Every time I was told their manager was out on maternity leave, and the manager was the only person who could give my money back, I asked to speak to the owner, too, but they said they didn't know where that person was. I was so angry about their response that I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Looking back, I wish I had gotten up and left when he started berating me, but I didn't feel safe enough to do that. The therapist Sasha finally came out almost 10 minutes after appointment start time- did not greet me or apologize in any way. When I attempted to ask if my full massage appointment time would be honored, she then SHUSHED me, told me to go in room, and then shut the door. She then berated me that she was EATING and needed to get her blood sugar up. While I can appreciate that, the disrespectful tone an attitude toward a CLIENT is completely and utterly unacceptable. Manager who would not give me her name said "she doesn't get paid enough to deal with me". She didn't tell me before I booked and drove an hour, terrible and will never be responsible for their terrible service. Only blames the customer; and because she uses an inauthentic fake tone, and I am clearly upset she says she "feels attacked" for me daring to be upset that they've once again ruined my day. After booking and driving an hour, to be surprised again and told my prepaid massages were refunded; now I have to go research, after driving an hour AGAIN. As far south Florida locations goes...I am totally loyal to elements. It's not just the massage, the place, the staff the energy is so relaxing. The minute you walk in the aroma calms your energy. You are greeted with a very genuine hello making you feel very welcomed. I now have my daughter go to. She loves it as much as I do. The first time I went to elements I had fred...he is very strong and is great at deep tissue. When he is not available I see frank he is able to work out knots with minimal pressure. My daughter loves Bri. I now have a membership with elements and I love it. If you are looking for a great place to relax and get well. Allow elements the chance to do that and you will be loyal too. They don't have couple rooms just heads up. But my daughter and are still able to book massages for the same time frame. So it's like a mommy daughter retreat. read more

I tried it only twice and on both occasions two different massage therapists were 20-30 minutes late for my appointment and then refused to do the massage with a nasty and unprofessional attitude. Today it was SARA who was so rude. I booked a 90 minute massage with my daughter weeks ago for our birthdays and she ruined the day. Left with no massage. They keep records on your progress so other therapist can pick up if needed. Super friendly, easy to work with, and really really great massages.
