These guys specialize in protecting your paint, and their high quality means more coats than usual. Oh forgot another review to write lol... and here's the bonus star: they have a courtesy car! talk about convenience... Ask for Thomas or Kevin, straight-up folks, easy repeat.

Since I was coming from the states, Henry scheduled extra help to ensure it would be a same day turnaround - without me asking! Henry followed up our appointment with details of how to properly care for the vehicle, too, which is just another display of going above and beyond. The attention to detail and care that the group provided while working on my car is very obvious. They work on your car as if it's one of their own. Henry even emailed me pictures during the process to keep me updated! If you're in the WA area, it's hands-down worth the time at the border to have Henry and his team work on your car! Henry and his team have earned a lifelong customer in me, and they will be my go-to PPF professionals going forward.

Upon picking up my new model s from Tesla I drove it straight to HAV Extreme Protection for full application of paint protection film (PPF) and chrome delete. Prior to choosing HAV I had done my market research and visited a lot different shops for PPF. I chose HAV extreme protection based off Henry's welcoming, friendly and professional attitude. Throughout the entire process Henry provided me with updates and progress with my car. It really made me feel at ease and assured I was taking care of. Fast forward to when I picked up my car I was even more impressed. The application was flawless and nearly invisible. The attention to details is outstanding and I would highly recommend this shop for PPF, wrapping and chrome delete. I will also be doing ceramic coating later on and will definitely return to Henry and his team! Thank you again to Henry and HAV Extreme Protection Team!

Dropped my truck off for the day and 90 minutes later they called and said it would be $400, cash only. Immediately felt ripped off. Went to pick it up and they had left it running with the heater on to dry the interior. They went for coffee and came back sometime later, truck had run out of gas but and the heater had drained the battery to near dead. How long are your coffee breaks? They have no jumper cables, no spare gallon of gas, wouldn't even give me a piece of paper to put on the wet seat as I drove home (once someone came with some gas and jumper cables).

While it's easy to up-sell unnecessary services, Igor thoroughly explained the best (and most cost efficient) options to protect my paint and address my other concerns of poor rear-view visibility in rainy conditions (like that ever happens in Vancouver ;) Ended up getting the PPF gold package and ceramic coating on my rear windowshield. Additionally, Gleamworks added protection film on my whole back bumper/luggage guard as a free bonus. They even complimentarily installed the console wraps that I had bought elsewhere but hadn't yet had time to do myself! Dropped the car off at their immaculate shop on Wed morning; picked it on Friday morning. The wraps were completely undetectable and the car was blindingly shiny! Having driven the car for a month now, there are absolutely no blemishes/bubble to the PPF and rain now pours off the rear windshield. I really could not be happier with the service, quality and price of the work I had done at Gleamworks. Highly, highly recommend... and if you want to get anything done before 2020, they will honour a 10% discount on services over $1000 if you use code "2019VW10OFF". Last compliment - Igor and Timur are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and SUPER nice guys! It is a pleasure to support businesses like this!
