We ordered the 70" Linear Outdoor Propane Gas Fire Pit Table in Gray. It took a few weeks longer…read morethan expected, but we were patient. It arrived via freight delivery. The driver had me sign before I could inspect the package, but he was nice enough to bring it to my garage on the pallet. Then I noticed the label was to be delivered to us, but the packaging said "dining set". I asked the driver why it said that, and he said once it's off the truck, there's nothing he could do, and left. We immediately notified Shop4Patio, who did then ship out the correct item, which arrived by the same carrier. We asked about picking up the wrong item, he refused saying it wasn't on his order. This was a large freight delivery taking up a log of space and blocking an entire by of our garage, that we couldn't just move out of the way. We continued to call and email for weeks until our attorney said by CFR it was considered abandoned, and we could do with it as we pleased. That was Feb/Mar. We just now received invoices for freight delivery for both items, totaling over $1600, because Shop4Patio isn't paying the shipping, even though their site advertises free shipping. Beware, by CFR, you may be responsible for any shipping charges they choose not to pay. We didn't ask for the wrong first order and had no room for it. Now they are passing the shipping fees on to us, which are not worth either item we received. We are still hoping for them to make this right, but in the meantime, you should be aware of this risk. If they make it right, I will alter my rating to reflect it.

Argued that they don't get enough money from the shipper with very nasty tone and using curses. We told him that we do not accept the delivery due to the way it was made and did not sign any papers. We got in touch with "shop4patio" explained the situation, told them we did not want this item and asked them to arrange for pickup. Nothing is done box is sitting at the entrance to our property for last 8 days. We even told them that our pool contractor offered to move it next to our garage for few dollars they refused to cooperate. For return they wanted restocking fee, I explained package is not accepted by us since we do not consider it delivered, they are yet to respond.

I had to call the store to get a time frame of when the delivery was going to be and was told they needed to look into it and call me back. Half hour later I get a call from someone in Hudson and tells me "we screwed up" and can't make the delivery today but will be the first one tomorrow. Had I not called I would still be sitting here on the day it was supposed to be delivered waiting for it. 13 days and no one could have the mind set to call and let me know? About a week into owning the couch, we had to have them come and repair a piece of fabric that was torn from the factory. They came and took care of that by replacing a whole piece of fabric on the back of the sofa. Not perfect, but much better. About 2 months after owning the couch (beige) we noticed that the places we sat all the time were starting to get dark. I do on occasion wear black pants and jeans. We assumed that it was a dye transfer from my pants. Long story short, we called the store, and we called the warranty company (where it states it covers dye transfer) We sent pictures, and they said it's dye transfer but it's not covered. We asked them to send someone down to look at the couch, but they would not. We now feel as though Lifestyle Furniture did not stand behind us or the furniture that they sold us. We checked with the BBB and according to them the warranty company only has a 1.3 rating. What company uses such a warranty company? So, we ended up having to buy another set (elsewhere). We lost the money we spent for the set we purchased from Lifestyle and We purchased an extended warranty that didn't warranty what it clearly said it would. The worst part is the fact that they refused to send someone out to look at it or try to rectify it. We are so sorry that we bought from this company and will never buy from them again.
