We had failed to get an appointment when visiting the ski dome in the Tamworth for a number of weeks. My partner has always struggled with finding comfy boots, however Will was incredibly knowledgeable and managed to find him the perfect ski boot. Unfortunately the store didn't have my suggested boot in my size. Will offered to order them in but due to limited time before a trip I ordered them to be sent to my home address. The boots actually arrived quicker than stated so I booked an appointment to get them checked/ any adjustments. I saw Ferg on my second visit and once again I cannot fault the service. Ferg was extremely knowledgeable and custom fit my boots for me. Both team members are a huge asset to the Bristol branch and you've gained our business for life. Thank you team Bristol!! *just to note we visited large ski chain that also offers boot fitting in Filton a few weeks prior and we walked out of the store. They refused to do anything, even though trading standards said they should do. As for bank statement they said "I could of come in and brought some things to the tent value, just to claim on the warranty of the tent". What do they take a genuine customer for. I finally found the reciept and they did change it, but as others have experienced there aftersales service is BAD really BAD, and so I would never buy anything off them again. I might go and look, but buy elsewhere. The ukcampsite.co.uk site forum has many simular unhappy customers with regard to aftersales service.

She planned for seven years to be back sometime to be one of those surfers on NYD and this was the year. We stopped at TYF to get a board and wet suit and the staff (Abby and Tom) were so helpful. We were in and out in 15 minutes with our hire and they recommended the right beach with the right conditions. My daughter had a great time and when we returned the kit it was fast and easy. I can't even tell you how reasonable the prices were. Fantastic experience and we will be sure to come back again.

There's also gadgets like tripods for attaching to jungle branches and ways of finding your way in the desert. The staff know what Gortex and gaiters are. Not sure why it's called Cotswold as the stuff in here seems designed for ground that's a lot more challenging and rugged than the tame Cotswolds.

They are known for their huge slabs of cake and usually have a great choice of carrot, cinnamon, banana, coconut etc. They aim to cater for gluten and sugar free diets too, so there is usually an option of cake-still delicious which is suitable for all. Long opening hours and open 7 days a week make this a welcome attraction out on the Gower and walkers, muddy or otherwise are warmly invited in.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and are always able to offer assistance if you require it. They have some good sales and discounts on throughout the year. They have a range of waterproof jackets, fleeces, hats, gloves etc for men, women and children. These vary from the cheaper Peter Storm range through to the more expensive Berghaus brand.

This ski/surf shop is located in the back lanes behind the main street in Cowbridge. This venue is a modern well stocked friendly store. There is a car parking area located immediately outside the store which can come in very handy and saves you dragging your new skis or snowboard through the centre of Cowbridge. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and point you in the right direction to all the gear you need to hit the slopes, look good and stay warm. So if your off to the Alps this winter I recommend this store to perches your thermals to your goggles.

My son visited your store yesterday with his aunt to return some unsuitable skiing clothing purchased by his father 6 days ago. You refuse to refund and offered creadit note leaving him no choice but to have to purchase from you. As he walked round the store with his aunt, your member of staff followed them round making it quite obvious that you were watching them and making them uncomfortable. As he went to try on some cloths he noticed he was being followed again. It was then that he felt he was being followed because he was of a mixed race background and you thought he was going to steal something. No one should be bade to feel this way at all especially a boy like mine as he is an intelligent , deciplined, professional sports man with gd morals. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for making a 14yr old boy feel this way. Your shop is one that we will most definitely not return to or recommend.
