Perhaps the best bang for your buck in this area. Feels ALMOST like a luxury hotel while being priced like a Hampton Inn or a Courtyard. I wish I knew about this place on my previous visits to Denver, as my previous accommodations here were a bit subpar. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. This is the first hotel I've visited in a long time (and I visit A LOT) that actually has their s**t together room service-wise. Everywhere I go always seems understaffed and very inefficient. They give you a perfectly clean room to start and "refresh" your room every 2 days. Everything is quick and on schedule. Awesome. Rooms are pretty spacious and studio style. Large comfy beds with nice heavy blankets. The thermostat works a bit TOO well. Winter is coming quick here, and 72F on the thermostat chills you to the bone. I don't need to be freezing inside and out, but I guarantee it's a huge perk if you visit in the summer. I just have to turn the AC all the way off here and there. There is a complimentary evening social Mon-Thurs offering complimentary alcoholic drinks and a free buffet style breakfast offered every day. I haven't been to the social but hey, free drinks are free drinks. You can't complain. The breakfast is very good with hot items, a Chobani "bar" to build your own yogurt/protein bowl, and a different offering cooked fresh daily. I've seen breakfast sandwiches and breakfast quesadillas so far. Very nice. The gym is nice and well-kept but as usual, lacks some pretty basic equipment. They love to throw in a ton of cardio equipment and free weights, that's the standard. I am a firm believer that chin up bars and cable machines need to be standardized. I wanna work out my back! :( I always opt for Hilton brands BUT...this one may definitely be the exception.

Scored an incredible deal at this hotel, last minute through Priceline, and I was extremely pleased. Element is a chain of Marriott hotels--a little newer and fresh: totally felt that vibe!! I loved the set up of the room and wish I would've grabbed a picture. It was almost like a suite! We had a long countertop with cabinets, plus a refrigerator and microwave. I loved the touch of having a desk in the room with the bathroom separate from the bedroom. Everything was brand new and had a very clean feel! Sometimes when you get a hotel room, the double beds end up taking up the majority of the space. That was not the case with this hotel. I felt like we had plenty of room along with our two, very comfortable beds. Definitely have to talk about the delicious free breakfast: so good. They had several options from waffles to 'grab and go' to lots of options on coffee. I felt like I was able to really fill up before conquering the day. I also loved the outside space between the breakfast common area and the pool. You could sit inside by the glass windows to get an outside view or literally sit outside in the sun. I would highly recommend this hotel. Every time I stay at a Marriott I catch myself wondering why I don't always stay at a Marriott. I was pleasantly surprised with this new chain and completely loved my stay!

My fiancée stayed here a month prior and insisted on us staying there again. It didn't take long for me to understand why. Walking in the door this is the best smelling hotel I have ever been to. The staff were beyond friendly and genuinely seemed to care about their guests. The room was a good size. Everything was quite clean and the beds were some of the softest I've slept in. The pool is on the smaller side, but was perfect for a quiet swim. They even had free beer and wine in the lobby one night. The location is perfect. Just south of Denver and different routes around town as well as quick routes to Colorado Springs and Boulder. The free breakfast was always changing the menu and all the food was fresh and flavorful. There is no doubt that when we return to Colorado this will be our top choice for hotels.

Best hotel we've stayed in in a long time! The free breakfast was AMAZING. Our room was so modern and spacious! It had a full kitchenette with a full fridge and even a dishwasher! And the staff was so kind and accommodating.

Awesome hotel, great staff, lots of places to walk to and eat - even during Covid. The staff went out of the way to help us. The room was perfect: a kitchenette and living room with a discreet bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of storage nooks to get everything out of your way. We were there 4 nights and it was clean and new- great hotel, great location.

Absolutely beautiful Marriott/Westin property. I was up graded from a king suite to a corner room suite. Love the staff and the free happy hour Monday -Thursday nights is awesome. I have a video clip of the King suite - will try to upload. Highly recommend! Yea

My wife, daughter and I stayed in a room there and found old heroine foils in the nightstand drawer. The staff did not seem alarmed like this was unusual or that their cleaning staff missed it. Then a few days later when we spoke to the manager about filing a police report, he was impatient and rude about it. On top of it all, the water filter tap by the sink smelled like sewage as if it hadn't been used in months.

I tend to travel to Denver in support of my work duties and in the past few years I've stayed at several hotels in the area. Being part of the Starwood Hotel network, naturally I am a loyal customer and stay at the Westin. The Westin hotel locations in the Denver area are not convenient, so I always stay here at the Element by Westin. It's as lavish as any other Westin, but lacks the full room service. As compensation, the hotel offers other amenities, such as, executive and one bedroom suites that include fully equipped kitchenette arrangements. The hotel uses Eco friendly materials throughout with large windows to let natural light in. The lobby is very comfortable with a lounge area, dining tables and a amazing outdoor seating and grill area. All rooms include their signature Heavenly Beds, which are just heavenly, it's like sleeping in a bed of fluffy clouds. Every morning, they offer a healthy breakfast at Rise, a free breakfast bar or their 24 hour Restore, a grab and go pantry. They also hold a social event each evening called Relax, which offers complementary beer, wine and soda, as well as a variety of appetizers like pizza, quesadillas, bread sticks, buffalo wings, pork buns, veggies and salads. I've attended a few of these and I've been impressed each time. Also, they have a coffee station that has hot fresh brewed coffee anytime you need it, free of charge. The staff here is incredible in many ways, always ready to please and make their guests feel comfortable. The exceptional service is what initially attracted me to the Starwood hotel network, like the W, Westin, Le Meridian, the Palace, St. Regis, Sheraton and others. They always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The service and lavishness of this hotel and others are just two reasons what made me a loyal Gold member, including timeshare ownership at the Westin in Cancun. I've rarely been disappointed at the many places I've stayed at. The Element is one of my favorites, mainly because of the amenities it offers for extended stays.

The Lake House reopened during quarantine with many restrictions around food and social distancing, but we still had a blast. Parking was awful because the main entrance was blocked off, so we found a nearby school lot. It was a nice walk down to the marina. We headed straight to the bar and ordered White Claws and shots. Not sure if this is their typical alcohol selection or limited because of COVID-19. Either way, there was one bartender juggling all the patrons, and she was always friendly. Seating lined the outdoor patio facing the beach. My friend said there used to be live music here, but I guess we'll have to wait until the pandemic is over. For food, they only had basic hot dogs roasting in the oven and bags of chips. For how much we drank, I'm grateful there was anything.
