New Die hard Fan I cannot rave enough about my stay. I had…read moreoriginally booked the dates correct but the wrong month. After I realized MY mistake not only did they refund me but they booked me for the correct month. I always (for unknown reasons) assumed the brand was equivalent to say a motel 6. Boy was I wrong!!! Now I see Drury as huge competition for the bigger name brand hotels. From the moment I walked in to the moment of checking out I was only greeted with smiles. And they were genuine happy people not someone just putting on a smile. Everything was clean, our room was comfortable, our dog was allowed and greeted. Our room attendant Rhonda, was friendly and great at her job! Dinner and drinks were included and tasted wonderful. I wish there were more Drury hotels around, I would stay no where else. Although selfishly I don't want anyone else to know how great this hotel is!

GENUINELY THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER STAYED IN. IT WAS SO HOT…read more We were on the 7th floor and the AC unit would not go below 73 degrees no matter what. (ALSO THE HALLWAYS WERE SUPER HOT) When trying to go to the pool to actually relax, it's the smallest pool possible and just filled with a bunch of kids and parents who don't care about their children being disrespectful or splashing. We left in the middle of the night at 2-3am because it was so hot and unbearable. Also just so you know: This place is haunted. We had so many weird ass experiences like things touching us in our sleep and lights flickering. Actually such a horrible hotel. THE ONLY GOOD PART: The one guy at the reception desk who was very sweet, funny, and helpful. He has such a personality and was so friendly. If anything, I hope he gets a raise for the amount of effort he does.

We found it to…read morebe a handicapped-accessible room immediately adjacent to a very loud indoor swimming pool. We looked inside the room and found it didn't match our reservation at all. We had no need for an accessible shower--and I was unsure how it could even be used without flooding the room. My husband went back to the front counter and was immediately given another room. We then moved out belongings from the first floor to the third. While I was glad to be away from the loud pool area, I was still surprised by the overall loudness of the hotel. The walls and ceiling barely shielded noise at all. Even with ear plugs, I slept poorly. The room space itself was okay. We had a king bed with an attached sitting area. As we were on a road trip, having a mini fridge in the room was a necessity, and I was dismayed to find there was no freezer section and the entire door of the fridge was filled with mini bar items. I had to remove all of the bar items for the night in order to fit our own water bottles and cold packs. The hotel was apparently remodeled recently. The room still looked like it was in good condition. I appreciated the abundance of outlets around the room, including on both sides of the bed. There were two elevators and one was out of service. As the hotel was quite full, this meant long wait times were inevitable. We then made a point of using the access stairs for the rest of our stay. Also to note: it seemed odd and unnecessary to pay $10 a night to park our car in a normal uncovered parking lot. While I'm grateful the staff was able to accommodate the room change to align with our reservation, our overall experience was underwhelming. I would not stay here again.

The hotel has also been beautifully renovated, with modern, comfortable guest rooms and inviting public areas. One of our favorite amenities was the indoor pool and hot tub. It is becoming harder to find hotels that still offer a hot tub, so it was a great way to relax after a long day. Most importantly, the staff was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. You can tell the team takes pride in the hotel and truly cares about creating a great experience for every guest. We would absolutely stay here again!

This did not impact my visit. My stay was for a business trip. I arrived on a Sunday night around 11. The front desk staff Micah nicely greeted me "You made it!" Totally unexpected and appreciated. It made me smile. Especially after the turbulent flight I experienced. She shared an update regarding my room and asked if I wanted to make adjustments and quickly got to working on accommodating my request. The next morning Veronica at the coffee bar made my caramel macchiato to my liking. By day three she knew my order without me needing to recite it. On the evening of day three I decided to visit The Bistro to grab a drink. Sara made me the most delicious Espresso Martini! Yum! Then I chatted with Evy at the front desk about life and saving money. We got this Evy! If you're looking for a small hotel that's conveniently located and that will treat you like family, look no further. This is where you need to stay! Pros: Starbucks inside the lobby The Bistro Conveniently located Friendly staff Cute decor Snack bar Things that could be improved: Add a full length mirror to the guest room Add a safe to the guest room Thicker ceilings
