Nikki was fantastic! The 45 minute facial came with a consultation to discuss any skin issues and face-mapping, detecting problem areas. She was welcoming, professional and really knew her stuff. The facial even included a shoulder and neck massage - bliss!! I came out so relaxed and with my skin glowing.
