Oh dear. Where do I start????
Mum and I made a special journey to buy dresses for the formal nights on our forth coming cruise. I liked the sound of their 'personal one to one service', excellent customer service' and making me 'feel extra special'. Well, we had none of it. We walked in and were ignored in preference for another customer. I asked to see the clothes and was looked up and down with distaste and made to feel as if either I couldn't afford them or that I was wasting their time. When I persisted the assistant said we would have to come back as she was busy! We left but didn't go back.
I was so upset that they could treat my Mum like that. I wrote to the manager regarding my experience and got a similar response back. Customer service is clearly not a strength encouraged from the top!
My recommendation is not to bother but to try Cowbridge and Talbot Green. They have same or similar designers and the service is superb. My poor credit card was stretched considerably but the ladies couldn't do enough for us. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Now that's what I call service! read more
