I attempted to engage upper management concerning their policies and how out of line they were with industry standards. Winning out that any return can be taken back to stores like Walmart And Costco. Many times without a receipt. Not the case here. My advice is to take your business to another retailer. I'm sure you will find the same products at competitive prices.
