I've dealt with the electronic4you b2b service and the staff in the shop. Yes, the item I bought was a bit cheaper than elsewhere, but BOY was the customer service tedious to deal with! Emails remain unresponded to, when I call I could hardly EVER reach anybody. Promised return calls were never made and the staff has the typical Austrian non-service mentality. Customers always seem to be a bother to them. When I tried to find out what happened with my order they even became snappy with me: "you REALLY won't speed up the process by calling us". I recommend electronic4you to do a comprehensive customer service training for their staff to bring them into the 21st century. read more
