When I tried to tell her she said I'm being argumentative which I assure you I was not. I also attempted to see if she would accept other forms of payment since I typically don't carry cash, so I can avoid paying the fee. She didn't let me finish my sentence, and instead quickly turned from an already unfriendly person to a rude woman accusing me of being argumentative because I questioned why the fee they charge ME is higher than what they pay. The only downside from it would be the 5-7 business day turn around. It takes planning and being on it to make sure you give them enough time sometimes, but they really do try to accommodate to you. We've had some printed first and then the rest done later to avoid any problems before. Also, we've also had a miscommunication issue before though I commend them for really going out of the way to make sure it was corrected. Not to mention, they have amazing and most of the time very unbeatable prices!

I called around (Staple and UPS) and no one else could print what I needed for as low of a price and as quickly. I called back Printworx and sent them an email with my poster design. The designer called me back to clarify the dimensions which I really appreciated. A deposit was required via phone prior to printing. I went and picked my order up the SAME DAY for no extra charge. My order was ready, in a bag, and was perfect! $54 for a 4'x3' poster (Staples was quoting $66 and would take 5 days to ship it to me; UPS in town won't print anything that large). Everyone who worked there who I talked to were friendly. I will absolutely be getting all my posters printed here moving forward and I would recommend their services.

I had ordered shirts  from Carlos early on when I started my business a few years back, and honestly, if I didn't want to order new ones, I didn't have to - because after 2 years of wearing those shirts doing manual labor, they still look solid. None of the ink on any of the 20 shirts had faded to the point of uselesslness. They all are still very wearable. This year I wanted to upgrade to a new set of shirts with a bolder designs and a different color, so I obviously went back to Carlos at spunco get an order started. I sent him 3 different designs that I wanted printed on only 31 shirts. Most screen printing companies, even other local ones, require a minimum of 12 shirts per design or worse yet,  24 shirts per design. If I went a different route, with 3 designs, I would have to fork up for at least 36-72 shirts, and probably at a higher cost per shirt. Carlos at spunco accommodated our minimal customized needs. He also took our quickly-executed shirt ideas and rendered them into useable artwork for the screenprinting process at no charge. This is normally an outrageous fee elsewhere. (I am not sure if this was a returning customer hook-up though) He gladly made multiple edits to our order when we needed to, and he made adjustments to the actual design as needed. He delivered the shirts on time and early. Carlos did all of this with a great attitude and was very professional. I prefer not to make this review about spunco's UNBEATABLE pricing, as that would be enough to lure many people in who are shopping based on price, but the quality of Spunco's product is even better than their unbeatable pricing. The shirts were amazing when they arrived, and every single shirt was perfect! Front and back, out of the box and on our backs, I have absolutely no complaints about the shirts. They were super soft and fit perfectly, and the printing was superior! I'm super satisfied! Actually, I am way more than satisfied! The product and service that Carlos at spunco was able to deliver was outstanding! I highly recommend them to anybody looking to fulfill a need of custom tshirts - whether that order is thousands or a small batch like ours.
