This was on a Sunday as I was coming through LA. He met with me and assisted me. We assest the situation and determined that all I needed was a shorter hitch (That I Had). No welding was required. He came out, assisted me and told me "No Charge"... God Bless him, need more like him in this Country. I couldn't let him go empty handed. Wishing this man the best in life. Oh... and Monday while driving down the road in FL, he reached out and checked up on us. This says alot for this man's character. Thanks AJ

Absolutely do NOT use this welder. He was paid to weld a simple bike rack on our RV. We showed our…read moreRV welder friends and they told us it wasn't a good weld and have someone come out and reinforce. He had to come back and reinforce after arguing. Then showed others again and they said the reinforcement they were talking about still needed to be done. Asked him to come back out a 3rd time. He refused said he stood by his work. We left for vacation, no more than 3 hours on the highway and the bike rack fell on the highway losing 12, 000.00 worth of ebikes. He strung us along for a month agreeing to pay saying his insurance company will get the weld project redone. NOTHING. Now says he is broke and can't pay for the bikes AFTER he told us to get an estimate and now our ebikes are stuck in the shop. email me for text proof. alcoello@gmail.com

I call in after a few weeks and am told the manger is busy with a customer but will call be back when done. Few hours no return call. Called in again, manager would call me back later. Finally got a call back. Informed me the discount was only domestic and not commercial machines. That's fine. I asked him to send me an invoice to pay the 10% difference. Called me back to say the machine would have to ship from NY as the didn't have any in stock. Then canceled my order and told me I had to reorder it again. Since canceling my order they increased the price on the machine so now I would have to pay even more for the machine than what the original price was. Dishonest and absolutely horrible to work with. Order from someone that is reputable, not here.
