I've was in construction for 20 years and am very piticular with how things are done and they were awesome from the start and now even after the install!!! I turned my system on but obviously I did something wrong because it didn't work, but I made one call and they came out the next day and it was working great. Everything i call i get an answer from my sales person or a call back very soon after. This was a big issue for me as every company but Jeff's took days and one weeks later to call me back. I let JP Home Energy know and they did absolutely nothing about this other than say they would do absolutely nothing about this unless I pay Enphase $1000 to install a monitoring system that gave me the info I used to get for free.
