Not only did he replace the outlet, but he noticed that the wiring was the wrong gauge (8 instead of 6), and that the wires were wrapped with the wrong casing and not wrapped all the way back to the box and the cover was for a dryer outlet. He left and got the extra stuff needed. I waited a week for an appointment as they were "understaffed" that week. I was told I would be taken care of "first thing Monday morning" - actual appointment was for 9:30am. "If he has not shown up or called you by now - maybe he can't make it. I guess I will have to call him". Another electrician had come out earlier to do an estimate and struggled to diagnose what took Nestor a quick look to figure out. The other electrician quoted a crazy price and we were hoping that Nestor would be reasonable. And he was.
