I always enjoy stopping into Electric Lettuce and today shared the same experience. The staff are always welcoming and I love the atmosphere of the store. They have my favorite blunts and wax, at a good price too! Tim was my budtender today and he very helpful and kind. This store never disappoints read more

The employees do not know how to work the register. They are completely ignorant. Management needs to figure this out.

I love this location! Everyone is so kind and helpful, I've never had a bad experience, and I've been going to this store for about two years (every week). I could say that the staff are all knowledgeable (which they are) but for me, it's all about customer service and friendliness. This place has it in spades. read more

Andy and Izzy were helpful friendly and knowledgeable and called another location and had secured my order for me. Thanks again! I appreciate you. read more

Awesome selection, great specials, and friendly staff! Highly recommend! They have all kinds of flower, great cartridges and concentrates, and even clones! read more

Nice friendly staff. Good deals all week. I don't go here a lot but I do recommend it if you ever get a chance to visit

All of a sudden they started closing up early, even though the hours on the door still say they're open until 10. I get off work at 9:30 and rush to the store, making sure to get there by 9:50. I can see them packing up through the window, but the door is closed and they won't answer when I knock. I've worked at a dispensary, easiest job I've ever worked, and we weren't allowed to close our tills or lock the door until 10, maybe two minutes early if it was slow. Those people don't care about giving people their medicine, they're just clocking in and trying to clock out as early as they can. read more

This is a very small cannabis dispensary. Very clean nice staff. Not much of a selection but it's definitely worth a trip. read more

One of the best in the Pacific Northwest. Every time I've been there they have been so nice and it's just a cool vibe. We live in downtown but we drive here read more

Would give 0 stars if I could, I get the same things every time I visit . The terrible manager speaks to me so poorly very condescending. Treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about, and I know what I like! Never shopping at an Electric Lettuce again and neither should you. read more

Got the oldest prerolls I have ever seen. Horrible that you would sell such old flower. Thanks for the headache

I have to say I really enjoy the flower from this location. And I'm never disappointed with any of their oils/ live resins/ or shatters. However as much as I love all the tasty products this fine establishment has to offer the only thing I would say is the prices are kinda well, pricey. Overall Ide recommend them and the employees here to anybody, and I'll be coming back regularly from now on:) read more

I went in last week and bought 2 prerolls. Brand was Sticks and the strain was super lemon haze. I smoked one and thought this taste like hot garbage. Only got half ways. I then dig thru the trash can and found the date harvested was 10/2020 and tested 1/2021. 2 joints for $10 at medical price is completely absurd for 2 and a half year old weed. read more

I'm from out of town and Ciara helped me a ton! Very attentive and had an amazingly positive attitude. There weren't as many products as I'd like but her customer service made this a five star experience. read more

Customer service always is friendly. I must yield to two stars for that reason. However, at the end of the day, the legalization of cannabis has brought so much competition yet we are hearing reports on the news that there is an abundance and surplus of cannabis in the Oregon market. Yet, this place tends to have the highest prices of any that I go to in Portland. I think they can do much better on their prices. read more

Super helpful, Super kind. Good products. Addison was super great, he deserves a raise. Seriously. Will be back.

Very friendly and helpful! And the weed.. smelled awesome & looked amazing. Haven't tried yet but I've been before and last time I smoked their weed, I had a grand old time! read more

My experienced friend and I were in search of a pipe after my clumsy neighbor broke mine in a garage accident. Luckily, my new best friends were behind the desk. Not only was I fitted with a new pipe, but we couldn't leave without a little nubbin of joy in what is the marion-berry cush. Prices were the best I've seen. Ever. I will be back soon :) -Stan read more

I am changing my opinion....... again. These guys are great especially during the covid pandemic. It's always clean and they have very clear guidelines that seem to be working very well. Also great that they accept debit cards not just through the atm read more

Was waited on by Shelby and told her that I was interested in vaping CBD. Was also sure to tell her that I wanted to purchase product readily available in Los Angeles, as I was here on a business trip. Even though she was well aware that I would not be a repeat customer, she still took the time to describe the various CBD delivery methods and devices. She even did an online search to verify that I could buy my chosen product back home. All and all a very enjoyable experience with Shelby, a person both very knowledgeable and accommodating. read more

Went in for the first time today. Prices are great but asked for a friend of mine who said they were working 3 to close and was told by a guy with short reddish brown hair my friend left for the day and would be back tommorrow. After talking with my friend I found out he was let go. I still would have purchased something had you been honest but now that I know you people lie I most likely won't be back. read more

Every time I visit this place, Brandon always makes my day. So helpful, knowledgeable, but most importantly very kind and genuine. He earned my business for this place alone!! read more

I've been in several dispensaries and The Herbary impressed me with its excellence, beauty and expertise. Their selection is small because they only carry the best products (so I was not overwhelmed by a ton of low-grade items to consider. Their receptionist was sweet and helpful. Their budtender was super-knowledgeable, including sharing his own CBD-healing experience, and he was Not stoned (as has been the case in other dispensaries I've been in). And the setting is streamlined, simple and beautiful with diffuse natural light. I can highly recommend Mosley's CBD-ginger mints. Incredible product. Thanks Herbary. read more

All time favorite. We are from Idaho and just moved to the area a little while ago, honestly right away we started shopping around for our "pot shop". Been to many. This one though trumpets them all first and foremost cuz of their customer service. So welcoming and helpful. Second, quality is spot on. Every time we go we always get what we expect and more! read more

Had my wife purchase some flower. When I looked at it the next day it had clearly had mold trimmed off it. It was hard and black at the top on a couple of the nugs. I called they said sure we will make it right. I get there it's sorry not till the manager was in. I'm from out of town here for the holidays. I threw that crap in the garbage where it belonged. You can buy weed anywhere. Why support a store that sells bad product and won't stand behind what they sell. I'm sure not everything they sell has issues. Mine did and I wasted a bunch of time on my Christmas holiday dealing with a dispensary and 20 dollars of bad weed. Should have just replaced it for me and said sorry. That's why I say go somewhere else. read more

My first step into the recreational side of the Marijuana business. Very nice office. Had to fill out paperwork to join the club, other than that, things went smooth. Front office was busy for a Monday. Picked up a gram of DeadHead OG for $9. read more

Very professional, beautiful space, a lot of options. Soaking salts, sensual oil, infused butter, gummies, bath bombs!

Inconsistent with identification card approval processes. Unfriendly staff, limited variety in price and stock. Plus sides are convenience of location, and hours. read more

This place has some sort of scam going on, they don't have an ATM. They made me use my credit card, ran it one time and said it didn't work so then they ran it again. The lady said she was positive that I wasn't charged twice but that was wrong. My bank showed that I was charged twice which i tried to work with the manager about and she said no. It was my issue to deal with my bank plus when I purchased my item, I was charged $24, then I was charged $4 from them and then they gave me $20 cash from their drawer. This is all crazy, you know they are trying hide money from the State of Oregon. Don't go here unless you're ok with being scammed. Find a legit place!!! read more

Best place there is in the SW! Fantastic customer service.wonderful budtenders. Cheat sheet to look at that gives you all strain names, type, potency. They gladly show you any kind you want to see up close and personal.very informational staff. This is now my regular place to go! read more

If you're looking for good customer service try going elsewhere. I have a severely strained muscle in my back that I've tried everything for. I finally remembered The Herbary carries apothecanna sprays and lotions. So for the first time in almost a week (cause I can't move), I get in my car and drive down to hopefully find some relief. I chat the guy behind the counter for a few minutes and finally settle on the 2 oz extra strength spray. I get home and go to put a little on my back, thought it was strange that it was a cream and not a spray but I was in so much pain I figured I must of been mistaken on the extra strength being a spray and not a lotion. A few minutes later I am looking at the bottle and realize it isn't the extra strength I wanted. So I go find my receipt and it says extra strength on it. So now I'm convinced the guy just grabbed the wrong bottle. I figure no big deal, they should just swap it out for me. I wait for my wife to get home cause there is no way I'm getting out of the house again. I get a text from the wife from The Herbary - "You're out of luck!" So apparently the lady working the counter and the manager that she called decided that their stoner mistake was my problem. read more

I came in looking for CBD oil for my cats arthritis and for the others aggression issues. I went to two other places before I ended up at The Herbary and boy do I ever wish I would've just came here first. The guy at the counter was amazing. I was in the area the other day and popped in looking for something to help with my back pain. Lincoln showed me many options and was knowledgeable about what did what and I took home a tasty treat that fixed me right up. Cute place and nice people, but ridiculously expensive and low testing bud. I went in a couple days before the eclipse so maybe their prices were jacked up, but most of their flower was $20 a gram with maybe 5 options under that. That is absolutely insane to me, and at least $5 higher than most places "top shelf". And furthermore, I saw maybe two options that tested above 18%, and was super disappointed with what I purchased. read more

Exceptional dispensary. I feel good walking into such a beautiful and welcoming place. I've been to several of the dark and seedy dispensaries, that sell cheap weed. This is not that place. They carry a wide range of products and it all looks amazing. This is my forever home now. They treat me so well sell the best product. I know if I buy something here it's good. Their budtenders really know their products well. Thanks for the wisdom Herbary! read more

Completely understaffed and overpriced. If you want to come here expect a 20 minute wait. It's like clockwork. I come here when other places are closed. Even then it's hard to justify it. You think after months of being open they would adapt. However they have not and it is just sad. read more
