It was full of weeds, not level and had trees that dropped fruit attracting rats. I had originally called for a quote on new sod but after meeting with Chris and hearing his ideas, decided to go all in and have them fix the whole yard (new sod, landscaping, leveling, irrigation, etc.). They did an awesome job! The team worked hard all day for multiple days, Chris stayed in touch to keep me informed of their progress and I now have a beautiful yard for my dogs to play. However, after a few months both trees they planted in our front yard were completely dead. I asked for a second opinion from a different landscaper. He informed me they overcharged us several hundred for the palm and both trees were incorrectly planted, accelerating the loss. We reached out to TRIMEN hoping to get a refund for the trees only. They said no, it was likely our fault, and they would replace them at a minimally discounted rate. Be careful with these guys, we didn't do enough research to see they up charge about 20%. We had a local come in and fix their mistakes. Just be careful don't pay for the same job twice by using Trimen.
