This hotel is out of town just opposite a large hospital on a main artery into the city of Seville…read more The hotel is very close to the busy main road but the rooms at the front of the hotel have secondary double glazing which means you hear almost nothing in the bedroom. The hotel lobby which is all white and modern is a bit at odds with the rest of the hotel, as the restaurant, bar and bedrooms are all mostly dark colours. You could easily be put off the bedrooms with their dark blue feature wall and brown and dark blue chairs and cushions, however it's not so bad in reality. The bedroom was well maintained if a little old fashioned. It had firm twin beds for us, which we like. The TV was small with ,I tied international channels but that was fine. The bathroom again although a little old fashioned was absolutely fine. Although we didn't use the restaurant/bar or the pool we did pop in to each to have a look. The restaurant/bar was very busy with a us load of guests who had not long arrived having dinner. The smells of food were good and the staff looked attentive. The pool area was quiet, but quite pleasant, with wooden sun loungers, outdoor showers and a reasonably sized pool, it could have been nice to spend an hour or two by the pool and taking a dip. All in all, we were happy with this hotel and would return again.

According to the reviews, spaniards don't seem to like this hotel very much. I don't understand it…read more I booked this hotel through Hotwire which meant I was getting a great deal, but wouldn't know where I was staying until after I paid. To many people, that could be unnerving, I view it as an adventure and not to plug that website, but I've never been disappointed. This stay was no different. We had a car, so staying outside the city center was actually a plus since we'd heard that parking can be a pain in a bull's ass (when in Spain...). The hotel offers free paring and free wi-fi, which were absolute musts for us. They have a shuttle that drops you off in the city center and picks you up at various times during the day. It's 2 euro a person, which we thought was expensive until we learned that it included unlimited trips for 2 days. PERFECT! I'm not sure if we just got lucky with a renovated room, but I dont understand the "outdated" hotel comments. The room was great, and they had actually paid attention to the number of guests and made up the pull-out couch bed for us. The room was spotless, the bathroom was spacious and the most important part... the shower was warm and had great water pressure. I tried not to stay in there too long, in an effort to prevent my roommates from having strange thoughts. If I'm ever in Seville again, which I honestly hope to be, I would absolutely stay here again.
