If that wasn't enough they lied to my face when questioned. I assume this was done to cover for each other. The last straw was when my daughter came home with a bite mark, that they provided ice for, was not reported to me when I picked her up. They do have genuinely nice teachers. I also pay such a high tuition to ensure my daughter was safe. Which seemed like they had an issue doing. Now, I was going to leave them be but they are now harassing us for a balance of $422, which their district has corrected according to my wife. I don't know what they need to address keeping the children safe but they need to figure something out! Second, their book keeping is atrocious. I have attached their book keeping, which shows, missing payments. It also shows an overall very unorganized book keeping process. If you can see where all of my payments are on their sheet, I will pay you a WHOLE months salary!

The center orientation was horrible, I was handed a packet and told to do tranings on a lap top, was not asked if i had any questions . I got a tour when i first had my interview but that was it. I wasnt givin any proper traning in the classrooms or another tour shown safety procedures such as fire drills, tornato drills ect. My number one job in a child care setting is keeping the children in my care safe. I also have been a CNA for 5 years so I have a background of caring for others. Corporate orientation was held at another location, at that orientation they went over the things i did have questions that i never got answered at the orientation that I was suppose to have at the school. The director Jessica and assistant director Brittany at NHA Broomfield need a tune of help running this school, I been in child care since 2012 and by far this is the most under staffed poorly ran centers I've ever been to. The front wasnt ever shoveled for safty of parents and children being droped off and pick up. The walk way to the play ground from classroom doors was ice and is a big safty issue. I was let go because I voiced my opinon to Jessica being overwelmed and not trained in a room I was put in. Being properly trained is very important for safty reasons.

They are super communicative via the Bright Day app, email and in person. If I could change a couple things, I wish they were open just 30 minutes longer in the evening. And I would love if they provided meals (no Bright Horizons seem to do this, but other similar care centers do). Will update this post should anything change along the way, as we're just a couple of weeks in.

As for specifics, this center is the most disorganized and rude place of business I have ever encountered. I was so excited to have my son start there and tried to be proactive every step of the way. They didn't send me a bill until June 4th to pay, even though I was told that all payments are due on the 1st and he may lose his spot if not paid on time. Despite me stopping by and personally trying to make a payment on the 1st, no one was able to help me and the director did not call me back after I left a message. When I went to drop off my 2 year old son on June 4th for the first time, neither the front desk, nor the teacher in the classroom knew of him nor expected him. The teacher told me to "just leave him", despite not knowing anything about him, his medical history, allergies, or even introducing herself for that matter. I filled out and submitted everything but the shot records/physical (which I had with me at drop off), so how is it possible that the teachers are not even aware of a new child starting? I let the teacher know of my son's reflux issues, including instructions not to provide juice or similar acidic foods, and to please pass the information onto the afternoon teachers. I informed them that I've filled out a list of foods NOT to give him. Later in the afternoon, they fed my son apple sauce, which was specifically on the list that I provided and no one bothered to read. That day they took my son with no shot records, not signed in, and I wasn't even given a code for pick up. I left another message for the director to please call me. As you can guess, I did not receive a call. Instead, I received a message AT WORK, from another parent. The director had given out my personal and employment information for other parents to contact me. Then she emailed me the code for the door without calling to check on my concerns. When I went by to pick up my son in the afternoon, I again asked her if she could spare a minute to talk. She walked past me and said "I don't have time, if you want to talk to me in the afternoon you need to schedule an appointment". The following morning I finally got to talk to the director, who was extremely rude and unsympathetic. Apparently 20 other children started recently, so that's why the teachers had no information on my son. She works 11 hour days, so she's just too busy to address parent's concerns. And after I complained about her giving out my personal and employment information, she simply stood up, told me she's issuing a refund and to find other care. I have found other care, and would be perfectly happy to never deal with Kathleen again. However, the promised refund is nowhere to be found.

The staff of Spartan College Denver truly care about the student. I have seen them work tirelessly to help a student find housing, get a job, limit student debt and at times be a shoulder to cry on for students who may be going through a difficult time. To the staff and faculty of Spartan College Denver, students are never a number. Student success is how they define their own success. From the Dean of the college all the way down to the instructors, it is a team effort to make sure the each student of Spartan is successful and ready to take on the industries of Avionics and Aviation Maintenance. Take it from my many years of experience with several colleges. If you want a career in aviation and also want a school that truly cares about students and student outcomes, this is where you need to be. You can read review after review but until you see for yourself, these reviews are meaningless unless you witness it firsthand. So do yourself a favor and schedule a tour, meet with Career Services, Student Services, Admissions, and the Instructors. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

As an experienced nanny, I completed their onboarding process, which included providing references. My references shared that the process was very time-consuming, and I truly appreciated the effort they put in to support me. During this time, I was transparent that I was actively looking for my next nanny position and that finding a new role was important due to changes with my current family. After completing the process, I did not feel supported in my search. I was rarely contacted about opportunities that aligned with what I was looking for, and when I proactively reached out about positions listed on their job board, communication was often inconsistent. There were multiple occasions where I did not receive a response, could not reach someone by phone, or was told that positions still listed as open had already been filled and needed to be updated. When I needed to begin my search again after my previous nanny contract ended, I reached out once more and provided updated information, but unfortunately experienced many of the same communication challenges. While they did eventually reach out about a couple of opportunities, I never progressed to an interview or placement through ABC Nannies. Ultimately, I found my nanny position through another local agency, and the experience was completely different. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, communicated consistently, and made me feel supported and advocated for throughout the process. I understand agencies work with many families and candidates and cannot guarantee placement. However, nannies are also relying on agencies during important career transitions, and clear communication is incredibly important. After completing the steps required to join the nanny pool, I was disappointed that I did not feel supported throughout the process. I hope ABC Nannies takes feedback like this seriously and continues working toward improving communication and the overall experience for nanny candidates.
