It is the equivalent of teachers that go into teaching but hate having to "deal" with children. i called in for a refill 2 weeks before i needed to and its still not filled. excuse after excuse and endless "we left her a message." a perscription is a few clicks on a website/app. their excuses do not correlate with the required effort that needs to be fulfilled and if you call her directly she will yell at you saying you are 'wasting her time." she will scream at you. literally such a horrible experience never in my life have i had a problem EVERY SINGLE MONTH when i need a refill compared to literally every single establishment I've been to. why in the world did you pursue this job when you clearly hate dealing with people it makes no sense. That being said, this location takes my insurance, has onsite x-rays, a PT/rehab center, and multiple chiros to choose from. Neck pain, back pain, sciatica, herniated discs, post-surgery pain and PT, cupping... I've seen them for everything. I was first a patient of Dr. Scott Neuburger, but now my new schedule has be seeing Dr. Andrea Bonilla (she's great!). They have onsite parking, a fairly open schedule, they send you text reminders (and phone calls). I'm a fan and referred both my mom and a few friends over to them - and they have multiple locations all across Houston.

Additionally, my 7 inch incision scar is barely noticeable. He also took the time post surgery to completely answer ALL my wife's many questions. She appreciated his doing so and relieving many of her fears. When it came time for Physical Therapy, he gave me instructions and a research article to give to my PT explaining what, why and how he wanted my therapy sessions to go. I was here for an inpatient bunionectomy post operative pain study. I stayed in the hospital for…read morethree days with very good care. The nurses were each so knowledgeable and so attentive. Only one nurse was very confused and had trouble communicating, luckily I only had her a part of one shift. During the three days, I counted approximately 12 different nurses, each of whom are uniquely talented, patient, sweet, and fun. My only concern regards food. I am vegan: no dairy, no egg, no animal products... On my first meal, first day, I was brought cream of mushroom with chocolate pudding. When I told the person responsible for my food that I couldn't eat the cream of mushroom he said, "oh no problem, I bring you cream of tomato". XD! Chocolate pudding is not vegan either, FYI. So for three days I ate fresh fruit cups, fresh salads, and coffee. Of course I ordered delivery, thankfully there is a host of delicious restaurants nearby. Uber eats makes food delivery very fast and affordable! The nurses may be confused about how to order food to the hospital (since they probably do not order delivery) so I've supplied the instructions below. There are two hospitals in this one building block, with two respective ER's. Be careful to give the right directions otherwise your food might get lost (this happened). When ordering food delivery for HERMANN SURGICAL Hospital (HSH): Normal hour deliveries (M-F morning til 5p) can be delivered directly to receptionist at the front desk; specify your name and room number. Tell the driver to enter through the blue awning facing Hermann Museum Circle Drive. Also, tell your nurses so they are on the lookout (and don't turn your food away... this also happened). If you are ordering food delivery after 5pm or on weekend, the driver must enter through ER for your hospital. This can be confusing because there are TWO ER's. Cornerstone ER is by the parking lot entrance furthest from Hermann Drive (by the apartment complex). HSH ER is adjacent to Hermann Drive facing the Parklane Condos (nearest Hermann Park). Be sure to enter the correct ER and walk the food to reception.
