They value the time and money of potential residents much higher than that of current residents no matter how long you've lived there. I was walked in on while asleep and half clothed by maintenance men not once but TWICE without them knocking. This is about as close as you can get to being in an HOA without ever having signed up to be in one. They are strict and often passive aggressive including but not limited to threatening to drain the pools if residents can not "cooperate" with their rules. Children are not allowed in pool areas even with adults. I also frequently had to keep my thermostat around 75 degrees to keep my apartment above a hoodie temp. due to poor insulation. Beware.

I didn't leave the place in perfect shape but as someone with family in construction and renovation I guarantee you it was NOT worth that much. What the hell is the point of a deposit at that point? Sure it has a lot of nice reviews but interesting that they're all from 8 years ago, around the time the place was nearly done being built. Likely a promotion ran where they gave some perk to people leaving nice reviews. They're nice at first but the moment you're in there it literally feels like you cannot LIVE there. You have passive aggressive management sending rude letters and emails- to the point now where any notice from a landlord sends my anxiety up the roof, even to this day when I live in a HOUSE now. Management, don't even bother responding to this because I'm not reading your responses. I don't trust you enough to give you my real name, because knowing you, you'd be awful. At this point, I don't trust you to actually be genuine in anything you say. Everything is a nice platitude to get the next lease in your roster so you can rip someone else off.

Don't forget all their "technical payment online issues" that double your rent to $4500, then charge a late fee because of it, budget accordingly. That deposit you just saved for a place to live, make your check out to "Cash" because you'll never see it again. They keep it no matter what. I rate this right up there with Allied Drive, except they rob you through your bank account. Buy a home. Don't rent from these crooks!!

Staff are very nice/friendly, but most of the time don't even bother doing their jobs. Whenever I called/emailed I received no response, I had to go in person to even get an answer. Normally, I would avoid dealing with the leasing office all together if they are unpleasant, but when absurd things happen is makes it impossible (twice someone defecated in the public hallway and I had to call multiple times to get facilities to do anything about it). If that sounds insane, its because it is lol Many neighbors are nice and kind, but the low rental restrictions and security deposit make for some dicey scenarios, including overhearing a man at the pool shout at hispanic teens "Hey- how come all of you wear tshirts in the pool? Is that a Mexican thing?". A little taste of what the undesirable neighbors are like. If they put even the tiniest amount of effort to actually the run the place, it could be a great place to live. I hope this review did not sound too cynical, as I'm just trying to help folks dodge a bullet :)

I have truly loved living here and looked forward to coming home to my apartment everyday after work. There are three separate blocks of apartments each with their own COMMUNITY ROOMS offering different things. I find these rooms to be a huge perk. You can relax and study, enjoy cable tv, or shoot pool with friends. The outdoor community area is my favorite and offers comfortable lounge seating, tables with umbrellas for shade, a fire pit, and gas grills. I would love to see the community rooms grow with board game options! The BIKE PATH lines the back road of the apartments offering great access to other areas of town with minimal traffic. Underground PARKING is available for an additional charge- be sure to let them know if you work at the hospital for a parking discount. There is ample outdoor parking for guests or if you choose to not pursue underground parking. The main GYM includes 4 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, stationary bike, free weights, towels, water, and some type of cable weights? There is a much much smaller gym that I believe only has a treadmill and some free weights (not positive). I wish I could pick this apartment up and move it across the country with me. Who can complain about living directly across from Hilldale Mall and aka target? Whole Foods is also just down the road.
