After I ordered I got a text message from someone at the shop that the size dress I selected was no longer in stock but they had one in a size up. I thought... 'can always have my tailor take it in'. A few days later my order arrives in Indianapolis (they were very quick to ship out) and the dress fits like a glove! Maybe a small take in at the bust but honestly this inventory snafu was a blessing. Everything about ordering was easy and they always have nice sales (been eyeing things for a half year now). Will purchase from again because they carry designers I like and they take pictures on models that are real people. Very easy to imagine how an outfit would look on me.

The Neiman Marcus in my mind was a far cry from the commercial Neiman Marcus of today. I thought of white gloved ladies, pillbox hats, full skirts and a staff that knew their customers from the moment they walked through the door. While that image no longer exists in Neiman Marcus, be assured you can find it at B Barnett. Customers are known by name and offered refreshments--in real glasses no less! As patrons entered they were greeted by name, and even asked how their specific vacatiosn went as they purchased their $500 body creams. At B Barnett it's not just about the expensive goods, it's about a level of servcie that simply doesn't exist anymore--not in this decade anyway.

The shop owner was so friendly and kind after overhearing that I was from OOT. They suggested a few great places to visit while being in the area so I certainly bookmarked them and plan on visiting. They have a wide array of outdoor items from coolers, tumbers, to backpacks. What really drew me in was their selection of little knickknacks that were rite up my alley! I purchased a few items and walked out happy with my purchases! Fortunately they also have an online store so I can get whatever I wanted in store but had no room in my carry on bags!

Very very disappointed in the service. My husband selected a beautiful sport coat that didn't…read morequite fit right. The salesman assured us that a few simple alterations would take care of it. We purchased the coat, had the measurements and pinning for the alterations done and arranged for the coat to be shipped to us since we live out of town. It arrived and it is a joke. They didn't take it in as promised and they shortened ONE sleeve by two inches and it was crooked. I'm uncertain if the sleeve on this very expensive coat can be salvaged. Go somewhere else. I think the alterations must have been done by a one eyed drunk monkey. I feel taken by this snooty bunch.
