The building used to be an asylum home for many years.
It got totally renewed and now there are about 100 apartments.
Until now, after almost 2 years everything has worked fine.
Rent is not the cheapest, but it's payable.
Everything was brand new as we moved in here.
The laminate flooring, toilets/bathtub and kitchen tiles.
2 big lifts that are really helpful when moving in/out.
The building has also optical fiber so i have a nice 100Mbps Internet connection and Digital HD Cable.
We have hot and cold water meters so that's also nice, always having hot water, as much as you want, not a crappy boiler or something like that.
I'm happy we found this place, they're also really cool for renting the apartments to young people who live in communities the so called WG's here.
And also with pets, many of the people here have dogs, we have a badass Parrot. Another big plus is that there is a Big Underground Garage, and if not, just in front a public parking, it used to be free, but now the city installed some park-meters.
The downside, is that because in the summer there were a couple of free apartments, and the high temperatures, we got a Legionella outbreak.
The way the firm handled it was beyond bad.
Almost no communication, a lot of time passed without a reaction.
They were lucky that nobody got sick. read more
