This was honestly one of the most beautiful restaurants I have ever been to. I loved how each section of the restaurant had a different vibe, and how there were both indoor and outdoor options available.
On the service front, everyone was so wonderful and welcoming. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable our sommelier was when considering drink pairings throughout the meal. The staff also gave us a tour of the kitchen at the end, which I loved.
On the food front, this was certainly an experience. The menu had a mix of land, sea, and even insects, with incredibly beautiful plating and creative presentation. The weakest dish for me was the "campfire" corn with crickets, and not because of the insects, but because it was way too smoky that the other flavors couldn't shine. The Wagyu main was excellent, and certainly something I will be thinking about for a while.
Overall, this was a 4.8/5 experience, and would recommend trying it out at least once in your life. The restaurant is so beautiful it's absolutely worth a visit, and I hope to return soon to try their taco omakase.
