4/14/26 3:15 p.m…read more Online Order for Pick Up Food: We were very excited to try the food here, but we weren't too impressed, unfortunately. We ordered a Caesar Wrap w/chicken, Chicken Pesto w/no cherry tomatoes, Firehouse Chimichurri w/steak and no cherry tomatoes, Chocolate Smoothie, and Farmer's Punch. For starters, all of the produce was fresh and crisp (which is always a plus), but you can tell that meat is not their forte. The chicken tasted as if it were precooked, frozen chicken (not saying that's a bad thing, just didn't seem as if it was freshly cooked), and the steak was full of almost inedible gristle. The overall flavor of the food was pretty lackluster as well, besides on the Chicken Pesto; the balsamic vinaigrette was very overpowering. The Caesar Wrap was large, but the sandwiches were quite small portion-wise. The Chocolate Smoothie tasted more like a green smoothie with chocolate protein powder, and we had a really hard time keeping it mixed; sadly, we didn't finish it :( The Farmer's Punch, on the other hand, was really good! Service: The service wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. The person who greeted us was friendly, but not particularly social, if that makes sense? It almost seemed as if they didn't have enough time for us. They were polite and quick with getting our order to us, though. Ambiance: Inside is quite small and not meant for a dine-in experience; there are no tables at all. This is definitely a pick-up/to-go/drive-through type of establishment. It's kept very clean, though, from what we could see.

Seriously what a fun concept! They grow the lettuce for the salads right where they make the salads…read morelove it! How cool!! They only negative... is its a bit of a small salad for $10. The bowl was quite small... I had to add to it once I got home to make a full meal.

Went on the 3rd of July. They were busy but not slammed when we got there, near the end of the…read moredinner rush... many tables cleared out before we even got our food. Food : pretty good all around, nothing was stellar. Ribs were the standout. The cauliflower pizza was WAY overcooked (dry, burnt crust all around and black cheese at the edges). They didnt care, didnt offer to make a new one or remove from the bill... my 9 year old was starving so he ate half the pie and didnt touch the crust. normally he'd have eaten all of it in one go (as he does monthly at Mod Pizza with their cauliflower pizza) Service needs improvement : slow (took 45 mins to get food), and mainly from teens... so lost a star for that. They didn't seat us where we asked even though it would have only been a 5 min wait... then they proceeded to give it to 10 teens that walked in 5 minutes after they sat us (party of 9). Inside the building is hot and humid.. and it wasn't that hot of humid outside that day - we spend the entire day outside already.

It has fast casual service but with food that you would see at a nice full service restaurant. I ordered a special among several choices, the chimichurri flank steak that was smoked and then prepared with the sous vide method and I'd highly recommend that if available. The chef (maybe the owner?) came out and asked how it was and told me a little about it, I could tell he's passionate about his food. Others with me got the pizza and smokehouse burger-everyone was happy with their food! Seems like it might be a lively fun, busy place in warmer weather too.
