Stopped at this place on our way back from Death Valley National park to Vegas. The food and the staff was very good. I had the two burrito combo and my wife had the Chili Ranello. Both were good taste.

Decent Mexican food considering theres only 3 restaurants within a 30 minute radius. Large portions and cheap prices. The chicken seemed to be deep fried, so maybe it's not that fresh.

I love when we find lil gems like this place. Who would imagine you would get such great food from a lil place in the middle of nowhere?!This is one of the few restaurants in the area and they do not disappoint. They were very accommodating to my vegetarian needs and surprised me with the amount of different veggies in my enchilada. Outstanding Mexican food, in a very clean place with a great service. That is all we need to end a long morning of hiking on an over 100 degrees day!

El Valle was a gem in the desert. We stayed near by while visiting Death Valley National Park. They had great service and an extensive menu. Our food came out hot and pretty quickly. Actually came back for dinner again. If in the area I would recommend trying this place out. Sounds like they have a breakfast I wwish we would have tried.

We passed this on our first day through Death Valley Junction. It doesn't look like much outside but it had good reviews so we went back the next day. The food was good and everyone was friendly. Appears to be a local favorite.

There aren't many places to eat in the Amargosa Valley. But that is not why you should eat here. Make sure to stop here because the food is really good, and the people are so friendly! We were in the area a few weeks ago, and we're very happy to find this option. Freshly made Mexican food....yum! And they had Day of the Dead decorations all over, which added such a festive atmosphere. While we were eating, lots of locals called in or.picked up orders...clearly it's popular! We didn't have time to stop in for breakfast, but I noticed a professional Expresso machine; def something the nearby casino/hotel we were staying at didn't have! Support these friendly ladies and good cooks! And please don't miss out on Ash Meadows, right nearby. Easy walks to amazing artesian springs!

El Valle is one of the few places to eat in this empty area. It's located a few miles off the highway. Just looking at the name you assume it's Mexican. Also, they're open at breakfast. Prices are cheap for most things. I was making a trip out to Nye County. I hadn't had anything to eat that morning. There's a severe lack of anything in this area. It takes awhile to get anywhere on Route 95, which goes through lots of mountainous desert. The intersection at the Area 51 Alien Travel Center is where you turn. It goes a few miles before you see this place. It looks kind of sketchy but I seriously just needed something to hold me off. Inside is a small dining area. The owners and most of the customers are Mexican but they understand English so don't be afraid to ask questions. I can speak some Spanish, which made things pretty easy. The menu is big for a place this small. Most items are made with cheese or meat, but they also serve breakfast. There's not much that's vegetarian friendly because the Mexican menu is authentic, therefore there's lots of beef, cheese, and other meats. Since I was hungry I got breakfast. There's small items like bagels and toast. If you want something that's heartier, there's omelets. There's also American food for lunch and dinner, like meatloaf and sandwiches. It didn't take too long to get my food. Others have said it takes awhile, but that must be talking about lunch. They have limited options but ask if they have any specials.

We stayed at the Casino down the road and were ravenous after a long day of hiking and traveling. We found this place via Yelp and it was the best thing we could've done! We weren't sure how it would be with COVID but when we walked in, we were the only ones! I got shrimp tacos that were to absolutely DIE FOR!! If you are in the area, check out this authentic place! Everyone was super nice too!

I usually don't like to leave negative comments, but this has happened once too many times now. My hubby and I were trying to finish my birthday on a great note, because we had a fantastic weekend and hubby did an outstanding job in making me happy. We went down to this local restaurant and I have to say they do awesome breakfast, but when it comes to eating I DO NOT recommend eating here. The first time we ate late from this restaurant I ordered ahead and we picked it up. They messed up our order and I didn't eat that night. Tonight, we went in there, I ordered the burger with fries and hubby ordered hamburger burrito and said the rice and beans would be on the side, but when he received his burrito, the rice and beans were inside, not what it stated from their menu. Then I bit into mine and the burger wasn't cooked all the way threw. (Photo attached). I think when the young gentleman that works there at night doesn't care about the customers at all, he's not personable and not attentive. I don't recommend eat late at this place because their food isn't great, and customer service needs work.

I don't know if all the sauces drenched all of their toppings so it was tough to appreciate the other toppings. The ordering process was quick, and the team was quick about preparing my food. I haven't had the best luck finding where they will be at on Facebook or their website like the nice girls working told me about, but I do know it's a decent option if I do see them around town. The food is prepared fresh and they proudly advertise being organic and serving Tex-Mex. The chicken is organic, beef is grass fed, produce is organic, Spanish rice is organic, the sour cream is seasoned and salsas are made fresh. 2 Tacos ($5) - The menu is pretty much the same, but since everything is made fresh they don't always have the exact same menu items each time. When I visited they had pulled beef instead of ground beef which they usually offer. I decided to give the pulled beef and chicken tacos a try. I didn't think the tacos looked too appealing however I was surprised by how tasty they actually were. I'm not a huge fan of corn tortillas and prefer flour, but these corn tortillas complimented the tacos and tasted fresh. The pulled beef was okay while the chicken really stood out in flavor. With the 2 tacos came some chips and salsa and both are good, but the freshly made chips are addicting. I found the prices to be fair and look forward to trying some of their burritos next.

Walking inside the gas station it's sectioned off to the left. They do seem to have a fly issue on the gas station as some had said. Hopefully that Is something they will rectify. However, its hard to find good Indian food these days. Especially in such a remote area such as this, and I found the food here was actually really delightful. Sometimes you have to go to a hole in the wall, that lacks the sparkle and refinement visually to get the flavor you have been searching for. The cashier was polite as he took our order. We got the butter chicken, mango lassi, and a potato stuffed paratha bread. It was perfect to share between two people. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I loved that there were nuts in the sauce and the spices were more complex. I find a lot of Indian places dont add those touches in the states. Rice was fluffy and fragrant, the bread was so delicious! Warm and layered with that soft potatoes filling. It was great to dip into the butter chicken sauce. They also had a side of yogurt and a chutney. The chutney was not my favorite thing in the world, it tasted perfumey. We got the food mild incase our child wanted any, but they do offer spice levels. The mango lassi was divine! Bursting with flavor and not to thick. If flies were not attacking me this would have been 5 stars. I didn't experience not feeling welcome in any way because I am not the same ethnicity as the workers like some had mentioned. I just thought that was important to mention. If you want yummy food and a place to stretch your legs its a great alternative to the less than stellar cuisune you often find on this route to tahoe in the smaller towns.

This place is like that: In addition to the usual roadside gas station, convenience store, there is an Indian restaurant inside that is absolutely terrific! The place is clean, the staff is more than friendly. The menu isn't big, but it has all the typical indian dishes. I had the chicken curry, hot. (The waiter told me it was "Indian hot," not "American hot" but I've had hotter. Pro-Tip #1: When you order, get the 'hot'.) The portions were delicious and huge; despite overeating because it was so tasty, I still took away leftovers. They offer both dine-in and take-away service. But... Pro-Tip #2: If you would like a drink to accompany your meal, get it from the C-Store cooler (and pay for it at the counter) before you get your meal, as drinks aren't on the menu. It's literally in the middle of nowhere: Half-way between Las Vegas and Tonopah avoids the hustle and bustle and bright city lights. But if you're on 95, plan on stopping here for a delicious meal! PS: They also have an "American" menu, so burgers, grilled cheese, etc... are also available. But srsly, get the Indian food! PPS: While you're here you can stock up on the Area-51 Alien accoutrements at reasonable prices, too!
