I asked if they could verify themselves with their phone number because I had called 3 other companies for a quote and they said, who did you call, without even answering my question. I was recommended by chatgpt as this being a "cheap, friendly, service". Well, they are far from friendly. Very rude and disrespectful, not professional at all. Texting a potential new customer without speaking to them is not the way to do business and is very lazy.

I went thru 2 other gardener svcs (one never came back to finish the work, just vanished and phone # out of svc, other one never replied to calls/emails and then just had guys show up at 7:30am walking thru my yard unannounced when I REPEATEDLY told the owner NOT before 10am! I told his crew to leave, emailed him I'm not going to use his svcs, and had to now search again). THANKFULLY I found Alex on Craigslist (never bothering with Angie's list again!). He had such glowing reviews from other jobs, and I can see why. He answered his phone immediately, was here right on time to see our place, price agreed on kept me within what I could afford, and unlike the first guy (who not only ran off with my money but who just weed wacked and never pulled any weeds, which caused more to grow!), Alex actually HAND PULLED the weeds so the roots were removed, to help stop the regrowth. He was only here an hr. but got them all up, and left a super clean area when done. It's SO NICE when you are LUCKY enough to find someone who is honest, on time, did the work on a moments notice, who actually answers their phone, and who cares about the work he does! That is SO rare in today's world where most do as little as possible for as much money as they can get out of you. Will call Alex every time while we still live in Calif. Thanks for doing such a GREAT job!
