They even use their own type of sauce that just adds to the flavor of the meat. I recently tried their tripas and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty they are. They had a good balance of tenderness with those perfectly crunchy bites mixed in. My husband always asks for everything on his tacos but I typically request my salsa on the side so that I can control how much I put on mine. The service is quick, the place is always clean and you really can't beat the price of each taco. It is truly one of my favorite taco shops.
