I 101% agree to whatever the lady in the earlier review mentioned and experienced it everything first hand myself. She should rename her company to SCAM Remodelling. I had several things done from her like redoing of backyard patio, interior painting of walls, doors and baseboards, outdoor paint, cabinets repaint, quartz slab in kitchen. Out of all these none of the jobs went without any headache. Everyday was a pain as she would just say oh I am not covering this because I already paid out of my pocket. She does not give any advance to her workers and would hire the cheapest people out there to maximize her profits, she would say oh this guy is fantastic and has worked for more than 10 yrs with her its all a big LIE. Then when the job gets completed obviously with some issues she would just shrug it off and blame it on me for not paying enough and the worker who she hired and say oh he never does that dont know why he did this way. She does not care whether the work is done upto the mark as promised before or not. As an example she got the patio/pool deck quote for 3.5k and we talked about redoing everything and not repairing and she agreed with the quote. Her guys did the repair and so when I raised why its not redone entirely as the cracks were still visible the guy who did it says he was not told to do so. At this point this lady also did not care. For interior paint, doors and baseboard job she quoted me 10k(1537 for material, 2400 for 16 doors, 2035 for baseboards, 4050 for painting walls) total and that was such a pain i could not elaborate. Right from the timeline , to who she hired , materials, quality everything suffered. The quality of paint the guy did on walls and doors is all terrible, then comes baseboards where painting and all was included but she said she wont be able to cover it in the cost. For those costs to cover she gave some random numbers on baseboard labor needed for my basement($2000), in reality it was only 60 linear ft and for that she quoted me massive 2k. For kitchen quantz slabs she asked me to pay taxes on them which I did but then said to his worker that since I did not pay taxes he will have to cover it, she plays double games like this and makes me bad infront of their workers as if I did not pay. Even after I paid her in full for everything she did not pay her workers on time and that led to them contacting me and making me look bad as if i did not pay them. She just comes and looks at the job and randomly quotes a number and then tries to find someone. It does not matter to her how the job is done. Then she pays very little to her workers and makes all the money for herself. At the end everyone she hired for work came to me asking me for more money because she hardly paid them as she had to make most of the money herself. No one wanted to work for her again as they got harassed by her. STAY AWAY FOR THIS LADY AS SHE IS A BIG SCAM . SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND YOUR MONEY.

She originally quoted me 2 weeks for my project, 3.5 weeks later and not a single piece of the project is actually complete. My kitchen is in shambles, my master bathroom is half done, my guest bath hasn't even been started. She ripped off us and all the contractors she hired. She originally quoted us $30K for a project that quickly became $60K. I had to create my own spreadsheet to summarize all the charges because she was unable to ever estimate the total project cost after asking multiple times. Everyday there was a new fee or charge we were going to have to pay. She told me for one of our contractors that she was taking nothing off the top which was lie once I talked to that contractor. For another one of the contractors she was trying to convince me she was paying extra as a favor, meanwhile she was making 30%. She won't tell you her personal fees, she will say she takes very little and gets paid at the end but what she's really doing is adding 30% to every one of her contractors pricing and random materials adjustments claiming it's their price. Asked multiple times for an invoice for the material she bought on my behalf for my countertops. Never got one (pretty sure she negotiated herself a discount there and kept my money). She's got multiple ROC violation/complaints already (see pic), we're filing another. She throws her contractors under the bus convincing you they are the liars not her, trying to make you the bad guy to those contractors and pinning them against each other. She went thru 3 fabricators trying to maximize her profit (my price never changed) while delaying my project. Every contractor and vendor we worked with were willing to share their experience when she wasn't present and proved me right in my assumptions on what she was doing and lying about and they all have zero respect for her. Our project involved the replacement of the wall to wall carpet in two bedrooms in our condo. We installed luxury vinyl laminate planks (Nucore Techtanium) over a very high quality sound deafening underlayment (Sentinel Protect Plus) on top of our concrete subfloor. The Floor One salesperson, Nick Nocero, came to our home to measure and provide his professional opinion of the two luxury vinyl laminate flooring products we were deciding between. We found Nick to be patient, informative and very attentive to our needs by the installation team. Floor One offers a pickup & delivery service which we chose for the additional cost. Enrique, the gentleman who does the pickup and delivery, an employee of Floor One is wonderful. Our installation was to begin on Monday. Unfortunately, the Valley was having a major monsoon. F&D shrink wrapped the pallet of our flooring in plastic and Enrique delivered it in a closed box truck. However, given the inclimate weather, Enrique coordinated with our installer Cesar, to deliver once the rain stopped, late morning. Enrique and his son are polite and professional and extremely accommodating. We were expecting an installer and his team (at least one helper) but Cesar did the entire project himself. There are not enough positive words to describe Cesar. Cesar has been working with Floor One and its owner for over 11 years. He is focused, friendly, professional, accommodating, and honest. It was important for our primary bedroom to be completed in one day so we could sleep in it each night. Cesar moved all the primary bedroom furniture, removed the carpet and padding, the carpet tack strips and our baseboard molding. Cesar's honesty and integrity were highlighted when he informed us that no concrete leveling of our floor or grinding was needed, despite "Floor Prep" at an additional $500 included in our original quote. Cesar laid the underlayment, flooring and replaced our baseboards in one day. He returned our large furniture so we could sleep in the room each of the nights during the project. The great news continued when Cesar confirmed that the second bedroom subfloor had also been previously leveled. We were happily surprised but knew that when we did the carpeting 8 years ago that the installation company was also thorough and spent the time to do proper preparation. We're waiting to receive the updated final "change order" (invoice) with the $500 credit. We also anticipate additional $credit as Cesar also honestly shared he laid less square footage than the original estimate. We got to keep a box of flooring, a good amount of underlayment and still return 4 full boxes of flooring for a full refund from F&D. Thanks to the fabulous coordination by the office staff including Carly, Isabella, Ben/Ops Mgr., any hiccups of the project were overcome including the challenges of the weather, having Cesar dedicated to our project from its beginning to completion, Enrique's flexibility with the initial delivery and then unexpected pickup of the extra materials. Our floor is complete. We enthusiastically recommend Cesar and Floor One. Another rarity of Floor One is the high level of satisfaction the Owner, Victor Romero wants for his customers. We had the pleasure of chatting with him upon the completion of the project to discuss our insight about the project. Considering new flooring? They removed a load-bearing wall, installed a structural beam, enclosed a doorway, and replaced the flooring throughout our entire home. Abel Alvarez and his crew were phenomenal. They took great care during demolition and cleanup, and their attention to detail with the beam installation and drywall repair was outstanding. Since our previous contractor had already purchased the flooring, Caesar and Jesus handled the installation. They did an excellent job, and the finished floors look fantastic. We also asked our Project Manager, Jason Rodriguez, if we could receive the baseboards before installation so we could paint them, and he happily accommodated our request. The project was estimated to take four weeks, and the team actually finished one day ahead of schedule. What impressed me most was their communication. Throughout the project, we always knew what work was scheduled, when the crew would be onsite, and if there were any changes. That level of professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. There's a few really great reasons why I chose them over other businesses... 1-They quoted me on the spot, all installation materials (like glue and baseboard) included. 2-when looking for quotes and researching companies I received a quote of $1.29 per sq. ft. for the vinyl flooring I was looking for, after deciding to use AZ Floors I stopped back in there and they re-quoted me $1.49 sq. ft. I brought this up to Ryan Jackson and he contacted his boss and honored the original quote I verbally received a month before From him. I highly appreciate a company who stands by their word! 3-Ryan stopped what he was doing, and immediately gave me his full attention.
