I feel like the hostess must have unexpectedly been out because the folks managing seating and reservations seemed a little lost. This was our first time here and I was pretty concerned about what the rest of our experience would be. We got to our table and then sat there for 10 minutes without any kind of greeting. Following the disorganization of getting seated, we weren't sure what was happening and almost left. I'm so glad we stayed. Once our server greeted us, it was smooth the rest of the evening. We ordered drinks (Old Fashioned and wine), both were excellent. Someone brought delicious soft rolls with olive oil and balsamic vinegar-excellent. We stuck with tapas and the portions were bigger than expected. We had a whole lineup of items we wanted, but filled up after three. We ordered a charcuterie plate that was an off menu special. Iberico and a truffle manchego cheese and a rosemary manchego cheese served with toasted baguette and grapes. It was delicious! We also ordered the Gambas Al ajillo salsa Roja (shrimp in a red sauce) and the Pulpo à la gallega (octopus). The shrimp were incredible. I could have eaten the sauce with a spoon. Okay, I DID eat the sauce with a spoon and then asked for more bread to sop it up. The octopus was a surprise. My husband ordered it and I was prepared to try a small bite. It was fantastic. The octopus was nicely chewy without being rubbery at all. And it was served with potatoes in a thin sauce that tasted like olive oil and paprika and onion. So good. We looked at the desserts and my heart said yes while my full stomach said no. I almost ordered the crème brûlée cake to go, but decided to come back another day. Our server (Zack) was great! I really think something happened with the hostess because the rest of the evening was so smooth. Very interesting interior. We sat at a small cafe table that felt strangely intimate despite how crowded it was. We'll be back!

Also sign up for their points because you will be going back. It is beautiful when you walk in I wasn't able to capture a picture of the amazing artwork when first walking in as walk inside. To many people and did not want to disturb anyone to move out of a photo or photograph without consent. 1) The door was opened for us and we were greeted with smiles and happiness. 2) We opted to sit at the sushi bar which was amazing because you can see the magic happen and they were so nice! 3) The food was so good I apologize I forgot the servers name but on the receipt it says SushiThrees B and number 114.. however he asked right up front about allergies which I do have and was sooo accommodating it was busy so there was a little bit of wait for the food but you got to enjoy each of the items. I would recomend ordering apps with your refreshments or looking at that portion ahead of time for apps. 5) The ambiance was really nice. Half the people were in normal clothes and the other half dress up. 6) the salmon and sushi just was so good the salmon melted in our mouths. Yes melted . The flavors you have to try for your selves and they do have different sushi of the day. Well so I dont write a novel I would highly recommend this resterant. I know we will agian. P.S. The huddy said would recommend.

We arrived for our 12:45 reservation and checked in on time. No greeting. The blonde hostess said there'd be a 10-20 minute wait. Fine. When I checked again, the brunette hostess claimed we "weren't on the list," even though we had a confirmed reservation. After some back‑and‑forth, she suddenly found it and told us to come back in five minutes. We were finally seated, then ignored for 20 minutes with no water, no greeting, nothing. The blonde eventually took our order, apologized, and said the brunette "didn't know we were there," even though she was the one who sat us. She offered a $10 gift card we never received. Two dishes we ordered were unavailable -- and we only found out after waiting another 20-30 minutes and watching tables seated after us get their food first. No manager was available, just a "server assistant" who couldn't do much. By the time we left, it was 2:00 PM. We'd been there over an hour with no food and nonstop confusion. A nearby table mentioned slow service too, so clearly this wasn't just us. Key issues: * No greeting * Reservation "lost" * Seated then ignored * Two menu items unavailable * Conflicting stories from staff * Promised gift card never given * No manager available I hate writing negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable from start to finish, and people deserve to know.

Came in for dinner with a party of four and had a great experience overall. We ordered the crispy fried calamari, pork gyozas, and five rolls: the Tsunami, the Spicy Masa, the Vegas, the Jenny, and the Cobacabana. My favorite by a good margin was the Spicy Masa. The habanero sauce is spicy-delicious, with real heat but enough flavor that you keep going back for another bite. The Vegas and Tsunami rolls are crowd-pleasers, and the pork gyozas are a solid starter to share. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, no complaints there. The atmosphere is where I'd push them to level up. The decor is simple and modern, which is fine, but it doesn't create much of a mood, and the dining room gets loud fast. If you're hoping for a quiet, intimate dinner, this probably isn't the spot. For a casual night out with friends or family, though, the energy works. One tip: get a reservation, especially on weekends. Walk-ins can be rough. We skipped drinks and dessert and still landed at around $165, so it's not a cheap night out, but the quality justified the price.
