Its think and cream whatever you dip into it it will get a nice thick chocolate coating. This is my 3rd favourite place to get hot chocolate. It doesn't matter how hot it is, its my go to beverage. Red Wine - You can never go wrong with wine in Leon. Its rich, aromatic and complex. Very tasty Tapas - Also famous for their rustic tapas. It changed daily and you never now what you were going to get. Always a nice surprise. 2 things to avoid - churros with your hot chocolate, there store baught. After over 20 hours of travel, and a 3 hr drive, we didn't want "full on" traditional meal, so we opted for seafood (thinking lighter). We were there early for lunch (1:30), and had a reservation. We were politely greeted, seated, and promptly asked for our drink order. We ordered, and our dishes came out perfectly timed. We started with a tomato salad, then the fish. We didn't want desert, or coffee, but the staff wanted to ensure 'everything was ok' - which it was MORE than ok, I shared that we were traveling, still had a 3 hr drive to go, so no wine, or chupito, or any more food to get us sleepy.. They wished us a pleasant trip, and hope we come back. Next time, we do our drive to Asturias - Casa Divi will absolutely be a stop we WANT to make.
