Worst service I have ever had if you could even call it service. Place is disgusting. My appointment…read morewas at 9 and wasnt seen till 10:30.When the lady came in she had a whole respiratory on and asked very rudely my name when I only gave my first name she said uh and your last name and then asked why are you here very rudely. Because I had given the triage nurse all the specifics I asked if they filled her in at all. She abrasively said I've been doing this for 27 years and what the patient's tell me and what they tell her is always different. I then went on to explain I was bitten by what I believe to be a spider and all the symptoms I was experiencing. She then looks at my hand and says it looks like shingles. This is most certainly not shingles. I have MCAS and my concern was my body was already showing symptoms of allergic reactions starting and also the bite was starting to get indented. Pretty sure it is a recluse bite so I will following back up with my regular doctor today as it has gotten worse. Before I left I was already very annoyed with the interaction and she said if it gets worse go to the ER. I told her I probably wouldn't and she then said I've already had a bad day dont make it worse. And then proceeds to tell me about the patient she had just seen and his symptoms. Very abrasive and terrible encounter overall. Don't waste your time or money.

Calle Santa Cruz 5369 S Calle Santa Cruz #145, Tucson, AZ 85706 Urgent care center Major Reen 323 points 3 days ago I was very disappointed in the care I received. There were no x-rays taken and I asked if they could provide a thumb splint for me, to which the physician's assistant said yeah he could get me a thumb Sprint, but that's not the problem. I told him it was when I sleep. And asked him again. Even though he said he could, he never did. And I had to show him where the pain was at a minimum of four times before he picked up on exactly where the pain was. And looking at my receipt, I see where he's a trainee if I'm reading the report correctly. He asked if I want the report and if so I would have to wait another 10 minutes or so. Of course I want the report. And he provided it all in capital letters, which I understand I'm being kind of picking now but that's how disappointed I was with my visit. He told me to take Ibuprofen and other stuff that I had been doing for 2 weeks, so basically there was no reason for me to go to this appointment. My other visits to your place I found to be five star visits. But this one, very disappointing. The name of my physician's assistant who was providing care was Scott Cushing. ------------- Update after receiving next care's reply (see below): To whom it may concern, I received your response to my complaint and it is very much appreciated. What I would like to happen next is to be provided a thumb splint as my thumb is getting more painful by the day. My insurance should cover it at 100%, which I made the provider well aware of on more than one occasion. I am not interested in paying for another office visit even though the insurance company should pay for it. I like to think of myself as a good steward of taxpayers dollars and, in my opinion, this should not have taken two visits. I'm not sure if an x-ray is necessary because I don't remember hitting it hard enough to cause a fracture. With that said, your records will show, I went to your location a few years ago with what I thought was a sprained ankle. It turned out to be a broken fibula after x-rays. The X-ray tech told me not to worry about putting my shoe back on which, in essence, told me it was indeed a fracture. Just for the record, I find your front desk to be very friendly and making an appointment was quite easy. I had requested a 3:30 slot, to which they assigned me. I was later contacted saying that they're not busy and I could come in earlier. I did not respond to this. Once called to the back, I noticed four or five people just standing around doing absolutely nothing. That happens. But for the physician's assistant to come in the exam room and do absolutely nothing, was extremely disappointing as it was a waste of my time, my fuel, and my thumb was still pounding with my heartbeat. I thought that an X-Ray and a thumb splint would be in order. I'm not worried about an x-ray at this point. I would just request a quality thumb splint which, again, I requested more than once. I even told the gentleman who was taking my vitals that's basically what I'm looking for. By the way, that medical technician or whatever his title is was very professional and very engaging. I appreciated him. If we need to discuss further, I can be contacted at 520-xxx-xxxx. I am 67 years old and usually sleep in. If you call and don't get an answer, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I get it. Thank you in advance for your attention in this matter. Most respectfully, ---------------- Final thought: Very disappointed in their lack of response after I requested a thumb splint that should have been given to me on my initial visit (with an unsupervised trainee). I was not aware it was a trainee until I received my report. NextCare response gave me all indications that they were seriously sorry about what happened and if they would be willing to make it right. I told them that I would be happy if they would just supply me with a thumb splint which my insurance would cover at 100%. That was obviously not a satisfactory request as they have not responded. I'm done with them. Would give zero stars if I could. Response from the owner 6 days ago Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. We get called back the respiratory therapist named John came in proceeded to evaluate my son without putting fresh gloves on as he walked in I asked John the respiratory therapist ,"are you going to put gloves on" He said ,(discussed on his face and a demanding tone in his voice) "I wash between patients"! I said ,"would you be so kind to put gloves on please before you evaluate my son." He said "if that's what you want I guess I'll do it!" He proceeded to put gloves on with attitude. I am in the medical field I know that the medical professionals when they arrive into the room they should wash their hands in front of the patient to ensure that the providers hands are clean. I shouldn't have to question or even ask a provider to wash their hands prior to an examination when entering an examination room. Especially with all the germs and COVID-19 floating around you would think that he would do it naturally. There was a working sink in the examining room because we used it and it had running water and soap readily available for him to wash his hands in front of us. We come there all the time we never have any issues but this time was the icing on the cake.

Throughout my time there, everyone on the staff, from doctors and nurses to food service and cleaning staff, went above and beyond to take care of me to the absolute best of their abiiity. My room was always clean, medications were administered on time, and they all gave me the impression that they genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a patient. I want to give special credit to nurses Teresa, Marlo and Jennifer, who went above and beyond to make sure I was well cared for and comfortable. I truly appreciate the efforts of these three ladies. The only complaints I have about my stay was having to sit in the emergency room lobby for four hours after being seen and admitted, waiting for a bed to be available, and they have the worst food and coffee of any hospital I've ever been in.

But No one was being seen except the 96 year old who threatened to leave. Went home called an ambulance. They gave meds and IV bag. They took her back to this hole and they set her in the hall . We left. Don't bring a dog to this place! Special shout out to the emergency room receptionist, she certainly wasn't a nurse (no nurse would ignore two people in distress, who are writhing in pain!) . FU. And the nurse who FINALLY GOT OFF HER ASS to help the 96 year old man , hope your parents end up with a similar care giver. How do two sleep at night?

Dr. Kim, was, absolutely, WITHOUT a doubt a lifesaver! I literally can not thank the Banner University Surgical Team, Dr. Kim and Anesthesiologist, Jack and RN Amber- enough!! This was an amazing Team of PROFESSIONALS and I was in at 0530, and out by noon! Allow me to specifically recognize a few people here, the building and process. The Anesthesiologist: Jack was from the VA, and came in to greet me and speak to me about the entire process. His calmness, astute professional and caring demeanor was top-notch! You CAN NOT get a better Anesthesiologist IMO. When I came out of surgery, I literally felt like I took a quick nap, and was energized, non-drugged and felt the best I've ever had in the 14 surgeries I've endured in my life! Thank you Jack!; you really did an incredible job! The attending RN: Amber. What a sweetheart! Absolute golden personality, caring, graceful and funny! thank you Amber for your generous approach and humorous start to my day! Surgeon: Dr. Sunchin-Kim. Here, it has to be said, I CAN NOT recommend Dr. Kim, ENOUGH. He's straight to the point, extremely well versed in the HoLEP procedure and I remain, 100% approved of his care-taking and surgical process. I walked out of the hospital in less than 6 hours, with major surgery accomplished and felt amazing. I applaud you Dr. Kim for booking my procedure, and taking care of my issue prior to a cancerous outcome! The Building: Impeccably maintained, extremely clean and easy to find my surgical section. The surgical room is STATE OF THE ART, and not a single thing in short supply. The surgical room looked like something out of Star Trek in high-tech components and monitors! Thank you in the deepest sense to Banner University for Dr. Kim being on your docket for surgeons. 2 weeks post surgery, I stand firm in this assessment, Banner Surgery was a perfect experience for me! I absolutely, without worry highly recommend Banner for surgery in the Urology department! Much respect to the people that make this happen each and every day!

Want to give them your medical records? They'll say you don't need to, but then won't give you an appointment without them. Want to get a referral sent off to them just to be on the safe side of the paperwork? You won't need that either, except that you'll need one from a hospital ER as they turn you away there too and won't help! If you're in need, make sure you come here to waste your time instead of using that time to find a professional who actually cares! They are NOT worth the time or effort and they sure don't care if the infection you have is spreading and hurting the entire left side of your body.
