Several times lately there will be 3 or 4 people working behind the counter. I know you may have to complete a task before you can take my order but is it too much to ask for someone to at least say I will be right with you? Absolutely no customer service and I find it puts me in a bad mood! I always say please and thank you and never let there lack of manners show that it bothers me but I think people can do better! Ms. Pam's dad used to own the store when it was Big Star. I go to this store in most part of her friendly home town service. Ms. Pam had let someone go without paying their ticket and the gentleman had said he would be back. This manager(Donna) in front of everyone in line said to her that it was going to make her drawer short. Ms. Pam explained that she would pay the ticket if the gentleman did not come back. The manager again loud and rude said I will have to tell Rick. She said this about three times. Ms. Pam can more than cover this ticket and she is kind and has a big heart. Ms. Pam was almost in tears and said they may fire me. There was no sense in this attitude and behavior from Donna. If Ms. Pam goes so does my business.
