Which means, they know what to order! This restaurant also came highly recommended by another friend as well. We started out with several appetizers. I know we eat beats in the states, but not like they make at La Nacional. These beats were peeled, quartered, grilled and served with an aioli sauce that complemented them perfectly. They also brought out grilled artichokes, halved with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Fabulously simple. We had beans, salsa, chips and a meat ceviche (or it seemed) very flavorful! After all that, who needs a meal right!?!?!? Wrong! You have to try the peppered rib-eye, yes it is 1 KG of meat, so you better share but it is fabulous! I think after all those appetizers we shared one ribeye with 4 people. My mouth is watering just thinking about that steak again. The atmosphere, is very nice as well.
