I would so go back again the pizza was fresh and came out of the brick oven for everyone to see because the restaurant has a kind of open floor concept where you can see them cooking the pizza pies which I thought was great it's a great place to come with friends family or just by yourself. For my taste, it relied a bit much on grease and mayonnaise. Still a decent taste of local fare - or IS it considered authentic local fare? Apparently, they are pretty big for a food truck - 5 or 6 different locations at least, depending on which truck you want!
