At one point midway they stopped serving altogether.. Now I remember why we stopped going to Adelitas. Ribs, beans and cold slaw. They misguidedly decided to bring pre boiled ribs and finish them on a grill in situ. I am incredulous. I served big banquets of three times as many persons in less time. A joke

It was not on the menu, but we have read great reviews about it and he said he would make it for us. Reservations are a must as this place is only open 3 days a week for 3 hours each day. I could not have been more wrong. The pizza here is consistently amazing, and so are the wings, the fries and the burgers. The ingredients are fresh and are really farm to table and everything is homemade. And eating at Casa de Non, is really an experience in and of itself. The atmosphere is casual, but in a sophisticated, "urban hip", kind of way. And I almost forgot to mention the Cucapá beer. It's really good, a great complement to a great eating experience.
