We had an issue where the ac went out after David (a handyman they contracted) broke a piece that goes to ac unit during a maintenance call. He didn't come back to fix it and I had to keep calling the office to send someone out. The house reached 90 degrees and I had a newborn baby in house. After the third day, I called a ac company to fix the ac unit. It cost me almost $500 and when I tried to get reimbursed by ARP, they said they wouldn't based off me not asking for permission to have someone fix the unit even though they were aware of the issue. I had to go back and forth with them for almost two weeks just to get a response and reimbursement. The lack of urgency and concern for their tenants was nowhere to be found. They are quick to take your money and take their sweet time to give your deposit back even then they will find some reason not give you the full amount back. If you rent with this company, good luck man.
