This was a blessing in disguise as it meant we had the host all to ourselves to which he translated EVERY dish on the menu and talked us trough the various wines they had available. We tried quite a few of the dishes including my favourite - the pop roquer, a large piece of succulent octopus served on a bed of mashed potatoes. I also enjoyed the Durham cat which was a thin wrap of spinach, pine nuts and cheese.
