10 stars recommendation for Mango Weddings! I contacted Anastasia after I was Bamboozled by another…read morewedding planner company 3 months prior to my wedding. Anastasia was so professional and helpful in ensuring I re-gained confidence in the industry and all her vendors. She followed up with all the vendors I had and the ones I I thought I had.... on the final week we even got last minute rain forecasting. She quickly built a plan B for my day and I couldn't have been happier. Weddings in general are stressful but in the end my husband and I were so happy with their work. These ladies are so professional and great gals to work with! Highly recommend!!!

I am blown away how magical my wedding was and I owe it ALL to Ana and Ann!!!! It was the wedding of my dreams. From beginning to end! My husband and I were beyond pleased. Words will never be able to express how grateful I am. I am just still amazed by the services Mango Weddings provided! Even after my wedding, they are still helping me organize my wedding photos and providing exceptional service. They helped me find the most beautiful location. We viewed many places. They treated me like family. They treated me so well. I can't tell you how many emails I sent them throughout the entire process and they responded so swiftly each and every time. I met with another planner from a hotel and they were stuffy and it didn't feel right. Once I met with them, I knew it was the right fit. They truly care about your happiness and work tirelessly to achieve that. I ended up choosing the first place we viewed. The most gorgeous beach in all of Tulum. They also helped me find the most amazing photographer! We had a caricature artist, Photo Booth, videographer, 2 photographers, live music and great dj. They also arrange transportation. I had them for my rehearsal dinner as well which also went smoothly! I didn't worry about anything. I strongly recommend them to any bride wanting to get married in the Riviera Maya. I suggest you do the full planning package. Prices are not astronomical. You will find that you CAN have the perfect wedding in paradise like I did. Tulum is magical and I really couldn't have had my dream wedding without them! Thank you Mango Weddings! Thank you forever!!!!!!

BOOK THEM NOW. They were the glue that kept my wedding together. I cannot say enough amazing things…read moreabout Archive Rentals. They NAILED my "vision". In fact, they helped guide my wedding in the right direction as far as the style I was looking for. Everything was top/high end quality. I had the pleasure of working with Lucy Q and I feel VERY fortunate. She was the sweetest and SO nice to work with! We worked together on whatsapp to send pictures of rentals back and forth and I felt so comfortable making changes along the way. She was even available to chat on the weekends! Just so easy going! She was efficient and always on time. She never seemed bothered by all the changes, and even if new stuff came in, she would suggest it! I just honestly can't say how much I appreciated Archive and Lucy. We wanted our wedding to look like TULUM, and they did just that. Even the bartenders at our wedding said they felt like they were there, but in Playa Mujeres. I could go on and on about my experience with Archive but it's going to sound redundant. In order to keep my review honest, the ONLY compliant I had was that two napkins went "missing" from our wedding. Did a guest take them on accident? Did the hotel lose them? Did archive miscount/lose them? Who knows, but I got charged for those which sucked. But in the grand scheme of things, that's nothing. Archive/Lucy worked so well with all of my other vendors and I just felt like I could walk away and focus on my big day and had NOTHING to worry about. I even had them design a custom piece for me that turned out AMAZING! AND I had her on the lookout for certain chairs I "had to have" and she got them! Just book Archive, you will NOT be disappointed from start to finish. It is worth every penny and every breath!

I never write reviews, bad or otherwise, and wasn't going to for Archive, but when we got the final total and saw that they charged us $21 to replace EACH napkin that was stained with lipstick, I had to warn people about this. Since most women wear lipstick to weddings, I'd think lipstick on napkins is normal wear-and-tear, but apparently it ruins them, so be prepared to pay to replace a lot of napkins or ask your guests to take off their lipstick before dinner. Also, some of the merchandise online is misrepresented and what you see is not what you get. I went for the boho look and got the brass flatware. It looks simple and elegant and vintage-y online. What I got looked like something from Medieval Times, and instead of salad forks, I got several tiny shrimp forks. I was a little embarrassed that our guests thought I chose that. The Bingham tables have a plywood top and are stained dark, so definitely factor that in and get a tablecloth or something to cover it. I picture the items being stored in a damp warehouse because of the musty smell coming from them (not wood or stain, but mustiness), so you'll want to cover that/them somehow. Online they look Pottery Barn, but in person, you'll probably be disappointed. Zero flexibility....the forecast was calling for rain, so a week before, I asked if it would be possible to cancel just the arch if needed because we'd have to move it inside. Nothing else...just the arch. Nope. But at the last minute, I was told she only factored in one delivery person and we actually needed two. So, they can make last minute changes, but you can't. If I had to do it again, I'd go with Minimal Rental, the other company we got a bid from. They seem smaller and family owned and their stuff looks VERY similar. Ultimately, I decided to pay more and go with Archive because I liked the table/table legs so much, so that was the deciding factor for me. And now you know how that turned out. To be fair, I want to list the good: the other dishes, goblets, and candle holders were beautiful and as pictured. They were prompt in replying to my emails and with delivery and pick-up. But overall, would not recommend.

Michelle and Aleza are both thoughtful, kind, and warm. They genuinely listen to your ideas and work to go the extra mile to make sure your vision is realized. At points where my husband and I were struggling to make decisions, they figured out how to get us extra time but were also clear when there wasn't wiggle room. Additionally, as locals to Playa del Carmen, they know the Cancun and Riviera Maya region inside and out, so they have access to the best and most reliable vendors. In the end, we had three nights of events across two hotels. All the logistics went off without a hitch. I'd highly recommend using My Perfect Wedding. From our very first planning visit to Banyan Tree in March, through countless Zoom calls coordinating vendors and contracts, Michelle kept us calm and reassured us that any idea we had was possible. The ceremony felt magical and we're still hearing rave reviews about all of the details. We couldn't have pulled off this weekend without Michelle's guidance and resourcefulness. Even when the weather forced last-minute venue relocations--and we made last-minute changes to the tabletop--Michelle and her staff handled everything seamlessly. They never missed a beat, and went above and beyond to accommodate our (admittedly high-maintenance!) requests. Our family and guests enjoyed a truly enchanting weekend, and it was the storybook wedding we always dreamed of. We are beyond grateful to Michelle for giving us the most 'perfect wedding year.' We highly recommend My Perfect Wedding to anyone seeking a stress-free, personalized, and unforgettable wedding experience!
