The mofungo was bit salty for us but still yum and the spicy margarita lacked spice so not my favorite. We came for the spicy cheese balls and tres leches. Food was amazing!…read more For appetizers, we enjoyed the surtido pequeño, which included fritura, fried foods, fried cheese, fried pork chunks, fried chicken, sorullo, fried plantain chips, and fried steak. The surtido pequeño is advertised for 2 people, however it can easily be shared among a bigger party as there was a lot of food. My husband ate the mofongo with churrasco and I enjoyed the chuleta kan kan, one of my favorite dishes. The chuleta was big enough to share between two people. The churrasco was very well seasoned and super tender. The view was phenomenally breath taking! The drive up the mountain was very windy, but the view made it worth it.

El Rincón del Sabor - A True Hidden Gem!…read more If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Puerto Rican food, El Rincón del Sabor is a must-visit. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The bistec con cebolla (steak with onions) was perfectly seasoned and incredibly tender, while the classic rice and beans were delicious and full of homemade flavor. The fried fish was fresh and crispy, and the cerdo frito was cooked to perfection--crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. What truly made this visit unforgettable was the exceptional service. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great dining experience. Without a doubt, he is one of the best waiters I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. Fantastic food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere make El Rincón del Sabor a place I'll gladly return to again and again. Highly recommended!

The fried plantains and the fried rice with beans were excellent, bursting with the kind of flavors you only find in the Caribbean. We started with refreshing drinks--my dad had fresh orange juice, my mom enjoyed passion fruit juice, and I had a passion fruit mojito, which was absolutely delicious. Choosing what to order wasn't easy because the menu offers such a wide variety of tempting dishes. My dad ordered the ribs with salad and fried sweet potatoes, while my mom and I enjoyed the Chuleta Can Can served with rice and salad. The portions were very generous! For dessert, my mom passed, but my dad and I couldn't resist. He had the coconut flan, and I had the cheese flan. Both were absolutely delicious and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We truly enjoyed our dining experience and the service will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food, generous portions, and a family-friendly atmosphere!
