The price included a complementary drink (beer, wine, water, coffee), peppermint essential oil aromatherapy hot towel, and shoulder massage. Cool. I made the appointment with Maria for Friday during my lunch break because they close at 5p and I clock out at 5:30p. They text you reminders which is a nice touch. I showed up at noon for my appointment on Friday. Maria was waiting for me at the chair. I told what I wanted and she did her thing. She was softspoken, nice, and very professional. The hot towel and shoulder massage were soothing. I almost dozed off. After she finished, I paid (and left a tip) and left. The job was well done. I liked it, my wife liked it, and even my parents commended the work. All in all, great job. Great service. I would come back on the future. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because neither before, during, or after was I offered that free beverage. I know it's something small, nothing major, and I debated whether docking a star for that. But if it is one of their selling points (it's even on their website), I think it should've been offered. Again, nothing major. I would really say it's half a star, not a full star. I was still pleased with the service and plan on returning. I would also recommend this place to anybody.
