Staff clueless, dim, uninterested, and not even qualified to serve bananas to monkeys.
Go there at your own risk, and make sure to bring a bullhorn to shout your order to the deaf waitress, and master sign language as a backup. Then translate everything, write it down and hand 4 copies to your waiter, the chef, and the little guy who runs the place with all the charm of a miniature 'El Chapo'. Then maybe, just maybe, you'd get half of what you ordered.
I won't be back there in a hurry.
