We had a wonderful dinner and 4 glasses of wine for $40 including tip and tax.
This is a great wine/beer tapas/dinner restaurant. We walked throughout the entire center of Algeciras and finally we settled here.
The wine:
I had three glasses for red €2.3 -2.8 per glass. They were all young 2013+ Spanish wines. The first was a fruit bomb, the second had some girth and the third was a light bodied red. (Sorry I don't remember their names but they are the house wines). My wifey had a white that I sampled and it was acceptable at €2.2 per glass.
The food:
First we had the pan fried provolone. It was sprinkled with green onions and a few peppers. Very nice presentation even better flavor.
Second we had a baked polenta with fresh goat cheese and arugula salad. This dish was mostly cheese, some polenta and some arugula being thrown in for estetics.
Third the meat came out. In the States we would call it flank stake or Ranchero steak. It was cooked to right (not over done). They served it with toasted home made bread and a chimichurry spread. Very nice dish.
Didn't have dessert. No more room.
