The event used to be called "Feria del Mayo" and took place in May every year. Time (and name) changed to October for whatever reason this year. But the same thing basically.
What is a "sevillana"? Spanish folk music originated in Andalusia, watch this: https://youtu.be/v_3EiFA37Zw Andalusia wants to secede from Spain too by the way. Secession is trendy.

- Lots of tourists and locals dressed in Andalusian costumes
- Many pop-up restaurants with traditional food. Beware, they love to rip the tourists off. Minus 1*
Another notable event here is the arrival of the Reyes Magos (The Three Kings) on January, 6 every year.
