The menu is shallow, but inexpensive. Some of the food can be good - like the flautas and the guacamole.
This is about the service. While the guys who work there are nice and have been there a long time, they have no vision about what 'service' means.
Case in point: I ordered an iced coffee. Well, you have to order coffee in a glass with ice. Got it. But of course the ice melted quickly and so I had to order more ice. Got it. I also like milk and sugar. Asked and got it. By this time, most servers would know that I like ice, milk and sugar in my iced coffee. Well, I asked for a refill. The glass was filled up, no ice was brought and no milk either. So, it just sat there, a glass of coffee. No ice. No milk. By this time, I was tired of micro-managing and didn't ask for what I needed, because after a while, it becomes tiring for both of us.
