I love the location of El Barisino, right in the Lastarria's neighborhood (one of my all time favorite parts of Chile), however I feel like the restaurant has not really been molded into perfection quiet yet. Their coffee is amazing, they import it from Italy and the flavor is golden. They have a very limited menu and bar. The atmosphere is hip cool. I feel like with all the different things going on there lacks a common theme that makes El Barisino a strong business. They have a really sweet outside patio as well as street side seating. Their empanadas were really well made, I would just recommend that their menu was a bit larger or stuck to a common theme as well as the coffee and bar. One thing I love is they always have a great mix of music going which is a plus to the atmosphere. I don't love the tables inside, they are really artie but almost look recycled, however I think with a little classier touch they would work really well. read more
