To find out that my beautiful home in the Tower District has an old asbestos roof was a horror!! I knew this was going to be a huge hassle to properly dispose of this material but CVE was the correct company for the job!!! Greg walked the property with me the day prior and told me the game plan. The next day the crew should up ready to work and started to prep the jobsite. They did everything by OSHA standards and tarped the windows and draped the floors to begin tear off. They were also properly tied off to the roof and wearing all necessary PPE for the job. Overall it took them 3 days to complete my roof since the pitch is so steep but they handled it with easy!!! Friday was their last day of work and I was nervous that they weren't going to finish in time but boy I was wrong! They packed up all of their gear and cleaned the surrounding area. There was no debris or nails any where around my house, it looked like they were never there!!!! Thank you again CVE you did an amazing job and I hope I never need to use your service again but if I do will definitely choose Central Valley Environmental!!!

Their communication and reviews had me sold. Then when they installed the equipment it didn't match what we paid for. The error was recognized by me and they offered me an extended warranty as a result. Due to their great service during this time I felt like they resolved my issue. There were also hiccups with the air unit that they fixed. Fast forward to 2026 when we needed a new water heater. We received several quotes and this one was comparable. They installed it a few days later and all appeared well. We paid $575 for the permit process to Balanced Comfort. They said we would get the inspection within 1-2 weeks. I called three different times and was told they did the paperwork, and lastly to call the city myself. When I called the city they said it had never been filed. I had to call Balanced Comfort again and again to get the plumbing manager to call me back. When he did it's clear he doesn't have customer service training. He's rude and was like oh well it's filed now. It took six weeks total and action on my part or it may never have been completed, a paid service. Next up the inspection. spoiler alert! We didn't pass. The inspector was clear they cut corners and should have known better. He advised I call the company and let them know. When I did, the plumbing manager was beyond rude to me and said "these things happen".... I will never give them my business again.

This is my real life experience So my home owners insurance is contracted to this company. Our…read morehouse is literally 3/4 burn down and they are crooks. The sales rep Rudy lied in our face to get the contract. They subcontract their construction to All American construction. They eat commission. They were going to charge us $30k to inventory or personal belongings and do a claim. Rudy lied that insurance will cover for it. It does but it comes out of your personal belonging reimbursement so your screwed $30k. They charged $850+ to put 2 piece of plastic to cover our roof and didn't t even complete the job. I had to call and complain to our insurance. They came back out and tried to lie to us that the rafters is unsafe and needs to be replace and it would come out from our board up coverage. The guy isn't even a contractor but a stupid sales manager for Rudy. It was going to come out from our dwelling and the manager says only cost $1k lies lies. Lucky the insurance contractor and insurance field adjuster already came out the day before and told us that area on the roof is a total loss. So basically we would have paid almost $10k for them to put stupid rafters so they can cover an opening in the roof which is going to be taken down and redone later. The sales manager was like you need this and gave us the whole speech about our responsibility to protecting the house from further damage. This company is a crook and I spoke with California department of insurance and will be opening a case on with California department of contractor licensing. This needs to stop. We're a victim of a fire. We lost everything and they want to take more from us.
