Had an exceedingly bad experience here. My girlfriend and I ordered (in English, since I don't…read morespeak German) an ice cream and a large coke to share. Unfortunately our server (approximately 40 year old man) misunderstood me, and when another server (a young woman) brought us the coke, it was a small one. A small mistake and not one to get upset over, but the male server came over and shouted at us, that we should have said "große" (we don't speak german, and I thought he would ask us to clarify at the time of order, if he didn't understand us.) In the end he made us pay for 2 small cokes instead of the large we ended up with, so we paid more than we should have, effectively stealing money from customers. He also didn't offer us our change, when we paid. Worst service I've ever had. :( The ice cream was mediocre at best.
