Not only did he learn to play but he is completely obsessed with piano. Because he showed interest in Beethoven, Mozart, and Grieg Dave will be customizing his lessons to include all the piano greats on top of the basic lessons. I've always loved playing guitar but never had the chance to take lessons so i spent most of my playing with a self taught mentality. As dandy and sufficient as that kept me, I got older and realized I wanted to go deeper with understanding and to appreciate the instrument that is the guitar more. Scrolling through the funnies (what i call most things on the internet), I happened upon a guitar lesson ad by a teacher name Bob Boulding. I listened to his music and was sold, I mean if you're going to learn something, it better be with someone that is in sync with what you want to do right? From lesson one, I was impressed by his compassion, patience, and excellent communication. Bob is not a teacher who tells you how things are; he shows you and explains things in great detail while always being considerate by asking if you have any questions (which I always do!). Each lesson is choke-full of warm ups, theory, and songs (catering to my mad woman obsession of riffs, hits, and alot of 90s :)). I leave every lesson feeling zen and elated that I've learned a plethora of new things about myself and music.
